Overall Great Place! Me and my sister like to go here and get some lunch when coming down to Lancaster, I will admit the place is pretty understaffed but the staff here seem to be happy and cheerful! Also the ingredients are by far the best quality I’ve had in this area :)

Had the Poke bowl which was a bowl of deliciousness made up of a "base" of rice or veggies (or both) topped w 3 proteins of your choice and a variety of toppings ie sliced ginger, fish eggs, tomatoes and more. Finally choose a sauce or two. DELICIOUS. They alsp make a ramen noodle bowl which I haven't had , look forward to trying.

I was so excited to try this place. On Sunday (06/09) around 5PM, when I walked inside the establishment and waited at the counter I decided to leave since I was never served or greeted while I waited. The place was completely silent when they had just had customers when I had arrived and was parking. Zero customer service. The dining room is messy too. How can the food be fresh with this lack of attentiveness to the customers and atmosphere of the lobby area. This isn't somewhere I'd like to spend Sunday dinner.

This place was really good a few years ago. When they got under new management, everything got very inconsistent with the rules. For some reason they got really stingy with the tofu. Every time I go there the rules change. Last time I had really good bowl and toppings options weren't limited. I coke back a week later and I can't have the very thing that I to to this specific restaurant for. We explained that they have allowed this for years now, to no avail. We gently let them know that we won't go there anymore because that's the only reason that I choose them over the other Poke places. Oh well. I'm done with this place.

ordered pickup and the ramen was gross. broth smelled funny but tried it anyway, did not taste good. the pork felt old and very chewy. first time here so i did not realize it is basically subway style. the meat was probably sitting there all day waiting to be ordered. and it was very overpriced, especially considering a maruchan or cupnoodles tastes 1000 times better. will never be back here.
