The manager MARCLA needs to go back to management school. So she can learn how to speak to her workers. I was there, eating my sandwich at lunch when I heard her Harassing her workers. I heard her threatening them that she could easily fire them. One person was telling her that she wasn’t feeling well, and she told her oh well you’re gonna have to deal with that. She’s working with food. She should’ve just let her go home, but no. Every time I come in here she always being rude to her workers. She should be replaced, or at least the workers should get harassment lawsuit on her for the way she speaks to them. It’s incorrect.

The service is really bad though . The lady who worked is so rude I was asking something and they didn’t answer me correctly. She looked so irritating . I just leave the store without ordering. The first thing in any place is your behavior and way of taking how you talk to your customer. Unfortunately that was my experience.

Ordered foot long, wanted half made and other put to the side. I can’t eat a whole foot long in one setting. I’ll eat 6 inch ( staff prepares) and I’ll make the other half at a later time because I don’t like my sandwich soggy, it makes me nauseous. Manager stated they had no containers to put remaining 6 inch part of sandwich to the side. Got home, wrong sandwich, and had to drive back to get right sandwich. Long wait on initial order. Store was full of drama between staff and customer. I’d rather drive to the Westside to get great services on how I want my food I’m paying for prepared, accurate order, and drama free.

Just wanted to have a lunch date with my wife. Radio was so loud we could hardly hear each other. When I asked them to turn it down, they said they don't control it. It is controlled by the "office". That is ridiculous. I don't go to subway for a concert. I go to have lunch.

Furthermore, I was disappointed that they had no chocolate chip cookies made when I placed my order. Had to wait 20min foe those.

My subway servers Rivaldo and Nathan were awesome servers. They listened, they were patient and they didn't make you feel like this is just a job so hurry up with your order.

I placed an order of through the app and they canceled it. When I went in there was a lady l having five sandwiches made and the employees looked like they hated their jobs. Usually when I go into Subway, the employee's greet you. But these two looked like they would rather have been anywhere else.

By far the worset subway I been to rude employees. Hope the supervisors pay attention to who they hire, the women employees aren't the problem it's the men who makes this subway very horrible. No thank you I'd rather visit another Subway location. I can't stand rude employees!

It's so disappointing to deal with Rude Staff, the Older Lady was so Rude to me tonight, my online order said it was ready, I came in and they asked my name 2 times and nothing else was said, I quietly stood there watching them working so I had no problem, but I think it was Rude not to say U order still in the making or something, then the older lady asked my name AGAIN so I said for the 3rd time my name is ..... she just got rude and I tried to explained I'm standing there not knowing was going on, she basically said to Me "OK BYE" and turned her back on me! Poor lady, she for sure was not happy tonight and in a bad mood! SO DISRESPECTFUL!
