⭐ 1 Star — This Taco Bell Should Be Investigated!
This Taco Bell at 1740 E Ave J, Lancaster, CA is absolutely disgusting and dangerous. My wife and I ordered food and made it clear that we’re both allergic to tomatoes — yet they still covered our food in tomatoes. When we called to fix it, the employees were rude, dismissive, and showed zero concern for our health. This isn’t just bad service, it’s reckless and unsafe.
A few years ago, I even found a plastic lid inside my burrito from this same location. I spit it out mid-bite and they still refused to take responsibility. That says everything about how they run this place.
The food is terrible, the staff are unprofessional, and they clearly don’t care about customer safety. This location is a health hazard and an embarrassment to the Taco Bell name.
Avoid this place at all costs!

Not bad food quality here actually.
I personally always get two Stackers w/ chicken, rice, red tortilla strips & creamy jalapeño sauce added to them. 👌🏻
Although, the service you'll receive here is minimal. I personally found some things absurd, this is my opinion based off personal experience..
— I never get napkins (unless you ask)
— I'm never greeted by a friendly employee, let alone an employee who even appears the slightest bit grateful to have a job or be alive for that matter.
— I feel a depressing vibe walking in this location, I notice most of the staff are sluggish, irritated and seldom offer any help to customers that don't understand how to order food off a computer, as they don't take orders face to face anymore. I took it upon myself to help two separate elderly women who were about to walk out because they were being told to order off the touch screen computer, yet these women didn't know how and were getting frustrated as they had been promptly ignored (as though every employee was too busy to offer some quick assistance, on a very slow day)
Overall, the best experience you will have at this location (imo) is the drive-thru, don't expect a greeting or any type of manners out of the individual taking your order, make sure to check that everything is in the bag as well (if they forgot something and you try calling their phone, nobody answers.. ever) and last but not least, don't forget to inquire about their exclusive napkins and ask for extras.
Best advice I can give from personal experience.

Cannot do split orders for drive through.
I think we all know how Taco Bell tastes. But I love Taco Bell so I gave it five stars. As long as they have the $7 box, Taco Bell will be a win for me

Meh. It's Taco Bell. But this one has a great staff and they're pretty quick. They get my order right more than other places and I've never had a bad experience with them yet. I'd stay away from their strange cinnamon tists thoght. They have the consistency of pig skins, and the flavor of cinnamon coated plastic. The cinnamon balls are okay though.

Came from a long drive just trying to get some quick lunch. my whole order was wrong. I ordered a #4 no tomatoes and a regular nacho fry. I ended up getting a crunch wrap with some guacamole or something on it and tomatoes and a tostado, no taco and no fries. I got one literal napkin and 3 sauces not even the ones i asked for. The guy at the window seemed like he was having a horrible day.

Got the rudest service at the drive through ever! The little black broad with the dreads really needs to learn some manners and customer Service etiquette!
The employees there have no good customer service! The employees walk right pass you when your waiting to pay for your food. Today I was staying in line there wasn’t nobody in line, the place was empty. I still waited 15 minutes until I was able to pay with cash . Then an older employee told me I can pay on the kios and wait right next to the wall but she looked in embarrassed when I said I’m paying with cash. She thought I paid in cash. The tone and body gestured showed me she had an attitude. Then there’s around African American girl that take orders at the drive through she is so disrespectful!! She he could hear me so when I drove to the second window she was mad and starting talking with an attitude when I said my order was incorrect. NOT A PLACE TO EAT!!!!!!
