We and the family always has came to Teabox but today was special the lovely barista Bri (Briana) I was so helpful and had a Wonderful attitude and help us decide what we all wanted definitely will be coming back for more

I was really excited about going here because their drinks look good and are huge. The amount of sugar they use in their drinks is ridiculous. They are undrinkable and their boba is hard. Go to boba time instead.

Server on 6/17/24 4:20 pm has a very poor customer service. I was just verifying my order but she kept repeating her question of “anything else?” multiple times without acknowledging my concern. Please reconsider of training her of how to respect her customers.

Their drinks are too sweet and too watery. The place is smelly, it's hot and moist like. I had ordered a strawberry mango yogurt drink and it tasted like EXTRA sweet strawberry lemonade. It was too sweet then when they remade it, it was still sweet. Last time I went there I had got a mango smoothie with boba and the drink was nasty. The boba was hard and not cooked thoroughly. I wouldn't recommend
