Please explain how I put down for 2 large fries get 2 smalls then re order for the large and gives us another small and I then I asked for range SHE SAYS FRIRES DONT COME WITH RANCH i said OK CAN WE ADD RANCH ON THE SIDE she repeats herself and I repeat myself and this processed to go on until everyone is yelling for her to understand I WANTED RANCH ON THE SIDE ITS NOT THAT HARD TO PUT RANCH IN A BAG

Big shout out to Marz(i think that's how you spell his name) it was so packed when I came in and they were really behind. He told me it would be about 45 mins. I'm sure he was telling everyone that, but the amount of people being rude to him when he's trying to give them their food and apologize for the back up was so sad. He was a sweet guy and very patient, he deserves a raise for what he had to put up with!
If I could I would give them 0 stars. First time ordering from here. Staff is rude and restaurant is dirty. When I arrived home the wings had feathers on them! 🤢

I was a regular customer at wingstop at 1838 E Ave J Lancaster CA 93535, until the day I had an issue about a 30pc combo I purchased. I literally explained to the cashier, that I wanted an even mixture of drums and flats, she responded, ok. When I received my order, there were 20 flats and 10 drums. When I addressed the problem to the locations unprofessional manager, with no customer resolution skills, and rude, his response to me was I have to take whatever they got. I told him I don't think that is right, and then I asked him for his name, and he told me, he's not giving me his name. Although this is my most convenient location, I will never purchase from there again and I advise anyone not to, if they ask me. I have the time, date and purchase information and I know it's not hard to find out who this manager is. I am a supervisor at my job and that is not the way you treat anyone.

For your food to be so expensive I at least expect decent sized pieces like cmon mane I got to every other wingstop and have no problems and then give this one a chance with no one in the place at all so there’s no rush and you still can’t make decent sizes ? Crazy mane

Summary: Disgusting. Ordered two, eight piece mild combos. With a coke and dr. Pepper. The wings were not mild but were covered in grease. The drinks were just syrup and the bag was drenched in grease. This was the second attempt. Never going here again.
