I ordered some wings today for lunch. They were tough and chewy. Just bad, It tasted like either the wings had been frozen for a LONG time before they were cooked, OR they had been reheated who knows how many times.
Friendly service, barely edible wings. Tossed them out after eating 2 out of an order of 10.

We ordered delivery from this specific restaurant. They were stingy with the fries, for one. For two, the fries were cold and soggy when we clearly put well done on the order. We also ordered the wings to be well done, they weren’t. The wings were also cold. It’s wild yall want $20/hour but can’t manage to make food well done with no type of degree.??♀️

Ordered the 20 boneless meal deal on the app for my girlfriend and I and as we got home to start eating my girlfriend pulls out 3 pieces of hair from the chicken and another found inside the ranch. We called to complain and spoke to the manager who said I could either bring it back in for a refund or have it remade. I took it back in to have it remade, they gave me such a hard time telling me that it wasn’t any of their employees and I needed a photo for proof but not once did they mention that on the phone. They ended up remaking it and as I got home I noticed they gave me a regular size fries with barely any fries in it when the deal I paid for comes with a large.
