Expect to wait longer than what your told online and even when you call in to make sure.When you arrive you’ll watch as you wait , employees are just standing around talking to each other. So ridiculous, how often it happens at this location.

I placed an order online for the specials deal that comes with 20 boneless wings-4 flavors, large fries, and 2 dips. I arrived early and received my order quickly. My food was SOOOO good! Being 8 months pregnant, I need my food to be spot on each and every time otherwise I will have an emotional meltdown lol. The cooks were on point today and I will be returning soon. They did everything correctly- wings & fries well done, sauces & seasonings all done perfectly, and the sides of ranch. Definitely 10/10.

This has got to be the worst wingstop ive been to.The wings were over cooked and luke warm,The drums were smaller than ive ever seen at other wing stops. They charge for dipping sauce which blows my mind and the fries were also over cooked, old/cold and barely had any seasoning. I would rate zero stars if I could.

I needed lunch, so I thought I would try the chicken sandwich here. After I paid for my food I was told the wait would be 25 - 30 minutes?!? Ok, I guess. The counter staff was very courteous after I ordered. I was later assured that this is the standard wait time. (Now you know why they don't have drive-thru service!) Apparently if you use mobile ordering your order will be ready within 5 minutes of their predicted ready time. The sandwich was ok. The flavor was slightly better than the Colonel's, but not as fresh as I expected considering the long wait. The texture was chewy, suggesting it had been in the deep fryer more than once or reheated. Although about 35% cheaper, my sandwich was near the quality you get from Dave's across the street. Sorry, I wanted to love it. Probably won't be back any time soon.

I cant believe how salty my order was, to the point of becoming non-edible. Made me think twice about my meal choices, this cr*p was so salty I got concerned about my health. WHY ARE PEOPLE ACCOSTUMED TO THE LEVEL OF SODIUM IN FOOD? this meal was INSANELY salty it should be Banned. I'm not buying here again. Disgusting.

They follow directions but they have a hard time answering the phone for phone orders. No body wants to wait there for 30+ minutes because they refuse to answer the phone. And when you ask them why they don’t answer they say “it never rang” but then I call in front of them & it does…horrible

It’s always the same with this location. Usually the entire chain but those spot in particular.. if you manage to get anybody on the phone, their “brief hold” is never less than 10 minutes. You give them a 10piece order and they tell you 20-25 min on the phone. You get there 30 minutes after you place the order and they still tell you, “it’s going to be another 20 minutes or so..”I don’t think that’s acceptable by any measure.. I’d rather them say “it’s going to be an hour wait” then be told 20 minutes and takes almost 60
