The girl with the long nails at Kaiser Permanente Antelope Valley medical offices on 615 west avenue L needs proper training or should be let go. She lacks customer service and work etiquette. I did talk to 2 other employees complained the same. I was on the line to place an other, she had other customer in front of her, I was standing for like 5 minutes while she prepared their order, she was very slow and sluggish at 10 am, she finished their order and told me she'll be taking her break. I said you could have told me since instead of making me stand for like 5 minutes, she just ignored me like there's nobody in front of her. There was also there was a time when she made a 3/4 size for a drink for me, I went back she just gave me attitude and poured ordinary milk on my coffee. This girl is so rude please get her out of there. I will not be ordering drinks there anymore just like others who have stopped buying from that place.

There was just a girl with black curly hair, she seemed nice at first, but I could not hear her well, i am hard of hearing, when i asked her to repeat she seemed bothered. Then when i was finally able to understand i ordered a latte, I also asked her to make it with Oatmilk, i saw her make it with skim milk, and then she proceeded to be on her phone and complaining super loudly about some manager.. if i was able to hear her that says a lot. And when i tried to get her attention she said ill remake that for you.. and rolled her eyes.... i just left because im not about to put up with that attitude. Will be asking for the manager next time . Waste of 7$

Not sure what others are talking about, but I had a great experience here! The baristas were really sweet, and they use Peetās coffee beans and make it the same way I enjoy it at Peetās. They have some fun non-Peetās drinks on the menu too!

The girl behind the counter was very nice and helpful, I got two yuzu lemon tea shakers and they were delicious. Very clean area and again the girl working the counter was very sweet, she helped an elderly gentleman order and sit down. Lovely place

Iām sitting here at Kaiser butterfly bldg listening the the two employes chatting while ignoring customers and the profanity by the young lady was so inappropriate! Then they closed for ten minutes while took a ābreakā! She had spent the last ten minutes ignoring ppl . I say that counts as a break.
