The entry from the road is too low and it damaged the bottom of my car. There is no reason why Starbucks does.not fix this.

Food: I order drinks from this Starbucks location twice. Both times I got my drinks well done like any other Starbucks locations. They had lots of pastries when I came in this time. Looks pretty but I didn't order any.Service: good customer service. I order drinks online. Came in pretty soon but they had the drinks ready already. The employees saw me standing there waiting (I thought it wasn't ready yet) and asked to help me. That's how I figured out it's was ready haha. They were friendly and helpful :)Embiance: clean and spacious inside. For some reason, it doesn't look super nice but it's clean though so I don't mind. It's not crowded and noisy so you can come work here if you need to. They also have outdoor seating. You can enjoy your day when the weather is nice out.Good thing they are not too crowded because the parking lot is a little bit small.

This Starbucks always makes me feel great when I walk in to get my order. I always get a greeting from at least one or two of the staff by my first name, which I appreciate so much. I never have to wait for my order because I use the app, but even if Shelley, Sarah, Katie, Emma, Guliana are busy they say hello immediately and get me out the door. I am very happy with this branch. I know I didnt mention everyone's name but they are all literally awesome and Shelley is a kick a** manager!

Every experience I've had at this Starbucks has been wonderful! The staff is kind and considerate, even when any problems arise. This one visit in particular really pushed me to write a review, however. There was a very kind staff member with short, pink hair who was communicating in ASL to a customer who had an error in their order, and quickly helped resolve it. This was a really sweet moment that I hope becomes a more normal sight in the service industry :)
