Okay I came here on closing night only because someone gave me a gift certificate which I had to use. I asked for take out and was told no take out tonight ???This place tortured me 50 mins to get a table. I was told a 30 min wait. The hostess were very young and quite unaware what customer service really is. There was clearly no mask regulation in place and all I wanted to do was get my food and leave. Lots of people no masks policy at all and not all drinking and eating. Why anyone would not allow take out is such ridiculous but hey it's the last night and why not torture people to wait forever for a table and be completely rude to the ones paying your salary. This place was good back in the day. Thanks for the memories. I hope I don't get covid from this place.

We came in today to say one last goodbye before they close tomorrow. It's been a wild and fun ride since the mid 80s, Sad to see them go but there will be so many great memories. Thank you Brendon and Craig (RIP) for your vision and hard work. Thank you tor the staff over the years that have provided such great service, and making such a great environment.

We have been coming here for years! Great food, great Beer choices, and a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. Service can be a bit slow at times, so if you put the order in when first seated there doesn't seem to be any delays with waiting for server to take order.

So back in 2000 I use to work here :). I loved it then and I still love it now. My goodness they have been pretty damn consistent forEVER! The beer: well, they do have some award winning beers so that speaks for itself. I have always enjoyed their blueberry ale, a "hint" of blueberry not overpowering at all. And of course, you can't go wrong with their Mt. Tam Pale ale.Personally, more than the beer I love their food. The black and blue burger, yum. The steam clams, also yum. All in all, Marin brew Co. is a solid restaurant!

Maybe just stick to beer! It's a can be truly difficult to give a good Brewer a bad review. But this place isn't trying very hard. Slow service (I get there are busy) The seating outside is falling apart. 45 minutes after being seated we got our entrees, then a while later we got our appetizer. The chicken sandwich was dry, over cooked and as hard as a rock. Not to mention, it took so long I wasn't even hungry anymore. And the kids chicken strips we're dry and hard. But the beer was good.

Love this place. Good locally brewed beer at decent prices. They have outside seating. In a sunny area overlooking rustic bakery. Having a Match Day IPA

Sunny relaxed lunch in Marin Country Mart. Ordered the blackened chicken sandwich with avocado mayo with side of perfectly fried pub grub onion rings as well as an order of fish (3pcs) and chips (with tartar sauce) . Quite enjoyable atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon, lots of kids running around, but didn't feel rushed. Portions were good sized and an order could have filled the two of us up. Brought half the chicken sandwich, onion rings, and 1/3pcs of fish home for lunch the next day!

We were in the mood for fish and chips. Some places serve the fish on top of the chips - this makes the chips soggy, especially if the food isn't picked up as soon as it is put up by the cooks. When we ordered, I requested the fish be placed alongside the chips, not on top. Both orders arrived with the fish on top of the chips and our waiter explained that the size of the plates prevented them from putting food side by side - it didn't occur to him that the fish could be on one plate and the chips on the another since we both ordered the same dish. But he did offer to get us more chips if we didn't like the soggy ones Since we were seated near the kitchen and saw our order sat over 5 mins waiting to be picked up. There was quite a lot of fish and it was tasty even if batter is heavy. But we won't be coming back.

Came here on a Thursday for lunch and it was pretty busy, but the weather was perfect! Overall service wasn't too bad, you can tell they are busy but are doing what they can. We end up sitting outside and then once we got our food we had to immediately go inside, there were tons of bees around. Another table had to move inside just before us, hopefully they can figure something out for the future. I ended up getting the Fish and Chips ($18), it was tons of food and I couldn't finish it all; but it was quite good. There was a good balance of fish to batter ratio. My husband ended up getting the California Club sandwich ($16), which was also quite a large portion and he really liked it.We both ended up getting drinks, oddly enough there are no free refills. I haven't been here before, so I wasn't sure if it's because of Covid (aka cost) or if this is standard. Overall, it's a good place to grab a bite if you're in the area.

Stopped in for a bite en route to San Francisco. Loved the patio seating area on this beautiful day! What I loved: Mahi mahi fish tacos with mango-jalapeño- cabbage 3 flowers IPA Sever was nice but the food did take a bit long to come out. It was worth the wait! The mahi mahi fish tacos were very tasty and I enjoyed the mango-jalapeño-cabbage! Can't wait to visit the area again to stop in for a meal!

It had been a go-to for my in laws - many happy memories. We stopped in for a bite - food was fine, service was really nice. Outdoors was pleasant. Hostess was dressed somewhat inappropriately. But all in all a good experience recently. Food was not amazeballs but that's okay. Wine was great.

It didn’t help that we waited forever to order and the place was not busy at all. Once we ordered I thought they lost the order! How long does it take to make a chicken club (that had no advertised bacon) and lots of onions that were not mentioned which made me sick or fish and chips that were just thrown back in the batter to freshen up. The waiter told us the fish and chips comes with fries ... uh, ok ... and then it took 15+ minutes to get our most basic of meals. We were told by the Marriot across the street this was a good place but we didn’t go back and ate here our 1st night in town.

We went here for dinner and the pizzas were delicious. The large pizza is plenty for a couple small eaters or one large one. We had some leftover, which made for a delicious breakfast. The boys enjoyed their Shirley Temples. My only gripe is there’s no soda refills. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing.
