I cannot tell you how much I love this new French restaurant! It is like having a bit of Paris in Marin. The food is amazing - the best croissants outside France. The salads and crepes are divine. The service is excellent, especially Stella!! I am so happy we have this new restaurant!!

After several visits, I’ve decided that this establishment is not a place I will patronize again.
The service is consistently disappointing. On my first visit, I ordered a matcha latte and a crêpe. After waiting at the counter for about five minutes, I noticed my matcha latte had been prepared, but it sat unattended on the counter for an additional 10–15 minutes while the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. By the time I received my drink, it was watered down and completely unappetizing.
During my second visit, the café was incredibly busy, with a line of about 15 people on a random weekday. The wait was long, and when I finally reached the register, the barista offered me a free pastry. I politely declined due to dietary restrictions, and her response was shockingly rude—she snatched the pastry back, scoffed, and then ignored me for several minutes before begrudgingly returning to take my order. This behavior was uncalled for and unprofessional.
Unfortunately, the food and drinks are just as disappointing as the service—underwhelming and poorly prepared. At this point, I see no reason to return. The lack of basic customer service and care is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this establishment to others.

So happy to have finally tried this spot. My friend liked the quiche and I loved my crêpe complet! Nice vibe, super clean and gorgeous flowers and decor - and thankfully much more spacious than anything in the actual Marais would be. I’ll come back to try dinner!

Amazing authentic French Cafe. I could drink their mocha all day every day. I'd show you the croissant but it didn't last long enough! The spicy crab Benedict was super yummy as was the lemon honey crepe. (My husband and I like to share to try as much as possible) would love to have this place closer to home! (Arizona)
Food offered not worth the price, person at the counter made a mistake on the order. These crepes have nothing natural about them.

I’ve tried. I’ve tried to give it a shot like five or six times the service is abominable. The product really isn’t that good and the crêpe is quite dreadful.
I don’t know who does the hiring, but they have missed the mark across the board.
The place just has a bad energy to me and not warm or welcoming.
It almost has a cult like feel or presence with blank blissed-out expressions of the staff members.
It’s surprising that they have one store much less five or six or whatever they have ?
But of course, Applebee’s has quite a few across the country.
It’s actually comical to watch the person who’s a cashier and a server try to multitask for even a hot second- not in their wheelhouse.
Not even the consciousness to say hello to somebody standing at the counter for five minutes. It’s truly remarkable, almost feels like a skit on Saturday Night Live.
At least there’s fewer flies visible in this location in their bakery case.

It's a GORGEOUS setting, like a perfected Parisian corner cafe. The staff though, off putting for sure. One poor women was doing it all (making coffee, taking orders, bagging pastries) and after about 7 minutes another women came down to help. She was clearly inconvenienced and rushed. Serious attitude. We paid for our premium priced items and left. If you can tolerate being rushed, and the attitude go for it. Croissants were a B+. There are better places at the Marin Mart

We often go to here or Le marais in mill valley. Both are lovely places to enjoy a croissant and coffee. The crepes are good but I can't go away from the croissants. I forget their menu differences. the croissant egg toast with caramelized onions is delicious and so is the croque madame 😋. the chocolate chip cookies are great too! I should try more but it's hard to go away once you find a favorite!

Staffed by actual French people! A crepe isn't a lot of food on its own so get something else in addition, like a dessert crepe. Salmon crepe and croissant egg sandwich were really good. Beautiful outdoor seating area. There were no pictures before taking a bite because it was too tasty sorry.

Where do I start
45 mins in and still no sight of food.
55 mins and still no food.
We checked on the order and was totally ignored by the busk staff.
Manager finally advised sorry but we seemed to have missed your order,
and we have run out of veggie quiche. But we will find one !
Quiche finally arrived. (Minus 1/3 of it)
Cold completely cold.
Possibly straight out of where ever they found it.
Maybe they ran down to rustic bakery.
It was completely cold.
I then went in and requested could they re heat it up.
Only to see the chef take the quiche off the plate and and use a dirty dish cloth to wipe down my plate.
Manager comes over I inform here
Of the situation. I request a new plate with a hot quiche and salad.
1.20 mins in now to the order.
Quiche arrives, same cold quiche now with burnt top, base crust is and interior quiche cold.
Totally gave up and ate the
Salad.
So disappointed by this place.
The service the lack of hygiene in the food prep…. Perhaps a visit from health and food officer may be helpful!
A place that is so busy should have well trained staff to support it and if you cannot fulfill your orders you should not
Be taking orders and expecting your clientele to wait min of 45 mins -1.20hr to eat.
They did try to appease by providing a bunch of pastries but that is not what I ordered!
Quality food
Went to try the viral giant croissant and some lunch was VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Cashier took our order incorrectly and tried to blame us (the customers) for the mistake and she did not apologize once for the confusion.
We tried the savory crepes and eggs Benedict and the eggs Benedict was very bland and had near no seasoning.
Overall not impressed by the menu, and would not come back again especially with the poor service and customer treatment we received.
