Their coffee beans are my favorite and their drinks are absolutely delicious. They have a lovely outdoor patio; fun to watch cyclists stop in. There’s a cute bicycle map inside. I would love if they expand their vegan pastry selection beyond one gf muffin, and they don’t carry the delicious vegan blt available at other Equators. At least there’s a bagel place next door that offers a vegan cream cheese option to offset the lack of food options.

Be prepared to wait 15 to 30 min minimum for coffee even if there’s no line. Seems like the expectation is to place your order online while you’re pulling out of your driveway. Staff seem overwhelmed by the amount of online orders and impatient customers. The system is flawed, time to fix it!

Patrick and Monica were super helpful and courteous. A great experience overall. They even helped with an app issue.

Asked for an espresso and a scone. They forgot to give me my scone and had to ask for it.
Asked for an espresso for here, they gave it to me in a paper cup, which ruins the flavor of espresso. They have glass espresso cups so I can only guess why I wasn't served it in one. They are actually nice espresso glasses too, just weird.

Will go back to see how the espresso actually tastes, it seemed good, mix of bright chocolatey. Beautiful seating area.

Unreasonably slow and coffee not even worth it. Chai latte was watered down spice. Latte was too hot to drink, milk was burned.

Have been going to Equator for years, almost daily. Stood in line 10 mins just now - Thurs 10/31 10am. Got to counter and ordered a mocha. Woman with dark hair and glasses at the register said ‘just so you know, we won’t be able to make your mocha for 20 minutes.’ No apology, just rude. The espresso machine is backed up she said. I suggested she put a sign up alerting people so they don’t waste their time waiting in line. She said she couldn’t do that.

Good coffee. Can't knock the great Equator roasting company.
The location is very crowded on the weekend. Take your coffee to go if you don't like crowds and cyclists grabbing their cup of Joe. Busy times also menqs a wait for your coffee and the service can be delayed under the crush of customer

Awesome spot whether you’re driving or cycling. Excellent service the times that I’ve been and it’s my go to spot for picking up fresh beans whenever I need them.

A tad hard to find but not an issue. The corrado was great and the staff were very nice.

Stopped in for a quick afternoon coffee and was so happy we did! The cortado was excellent and the lady helping us was very friendly. Definitely worth a visit! ☕️

Nice to have great coffee buttttt the online ordering has ruined the experience for in person patrons. I suggest that in person orders get priority over online orders. Otherwise it’s just insane, and terribly impersonal.

Hit and miss.
I have tried to make it my local but I can’t the quality is too random and bad service.
I just wish America would properly train there baristas to serve coffee and to serve coffee in real coffee cup not a mug or a takeaway cup.
So one can sit a savor in the delight of sipping coffee and watching the world go by.
