Superb customer service! I accidentally placed my mobile order for my usual Fort Mason location instead of Larkspur, and didn’t realize it until I got there and couldn’t find my coffee. When I told the barista what happened, he didn’t miss a beat - just asked what I ordered and said they could make it for me. A few minutes later, I was walking out with my drink. So quick and kind, really appreciated it!

Last two times I’ve been there waited 40 minutes just to pour a cold brew. They are constantly under staffed and don’t make the drinks in any logical order. Much better options nearby.

They need to stop doing online orders or prioritize in-person ordering. It’s always a 15 min wait and they churn out drinks but it’s for the online orders who are not present in the shop.
Ruins the feeling a friendly small neighborhood coffee shop, might as well be Starbucks?
Could be nice to disable online orders for the weekend to slow the rush and make folks show up instead.
The best tasting coffee and a beautiful setting for this café. Equator Coffees has consistently served me the highest-quality coffee drinks and food for over the past 10 years. Service is always friendly and efficient, too. I enjoy sitting outside at this location with Redwoods above and quaint architecture. I can't wait to return!

Equator is great but these days at the busy times it consistently takes at least 10 mins longer than the app says it will when you order. Please don’t bait and switch.

my favorite coffee shop in the bay
I always ask for here but get charged extra for the disposable cup fee. If it’s mandatory then it should just be included in price. #deathtofees.

The cutest little coffee shop.
If you don't place an on-the-go mobile order you'll have a bit of a wait. But I can't think of a more beautiful place to be stuck waiting.
Lots of outdoor seating and a charming park across the street.

Regular customer disappointed with my last order as the cup was not filled as per usual. I did not complain in person as I needed to get somewhere asap. I will be look to order elsewhere.

Charming shop off the beaten path, quaint interior with small seating area, and larger outdoor patio seating. Friendly service and top tier coffee!
Tucked away in a quiet corner of the city, this hidden gem deserves to be shouted about! The aroma of freshly brewed coffee drew me in on a cool summer morning. The baristas greeted me like an old friend. Their passion for craft coffee was evident in every meticulously poured latte.
The coffee? Absolute perfection. They have a handful of specialty drinks, each with a unique personality behind it, and the flavors—think bright citrus notes or deep, chocolatey undertones—dance on your palate.
It’s the kind of spot where time slows down, perfect for savoring a quiet moment or catching up with a friend. This isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s a little haven of joy. Do yourself a favor and discover this treasure!

Don’t order in person. It takes forever as they’re always swamped with mobile orders. Took them 15 minutes to make me a single espresso…
Great spot! Iced latte was great. Seating outside next to fragrant jasmine.
