The service was good. The food was good, but not as good as it should have been for the price. The atmosphere was pleasant, but there were too many tables crammed into a small area. The acoustics were terrible. It was too noisy to hold a conversation even though the room was only half full.
My daughter and son in law took us to Farm House Local for breakfast. Didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Food and service is great with a Mexican forward menu. Highly recommend.

Went with a group and the feedback ranged from not bad to not going back. Overall a meh, it's ok.
