I’m a huge Ice Cream fan, dairy preferably! But dang this Ice Cream can compete with some of the best dairy ice creams I’ve ever had. I don’t get the other reviews about how disappointing size or that it isn’t dairy. This is sustainable, extremely well made ice cream by a fully female staffed company (i was told). Highly recommended.

Really expensive. The look on the kids faces when they saw the size of the ice cream scoops you get for $5.50. :( We went to Safeway and got pints of B&J for the same price, taught the kids a valuable life lesson about money.

Ice cream is great, and I am glad we finally have a good vegan/gluten free option in Larkspur Landing. Tonight, however, we tried to get ice cream at 7:30pm, and before we could walk in the door, the two employees said that they were both going on break for 30 mins and that they would have to be close during the break. There were several people behind us in line and it was super annoying that BOTH employees had to go on break for 30 mins, 1 hour before they closed. The 10 people who were waiting outside (everyone had just finished dinner) and us went elsewhere. I love Frankie and Jo's but was disappointed that I couldn't have it tonight for a family member's birthday. This could have been avoided if the employees staggered their breaks.

Delicious ice cream, especially for those who can no longer handle dairy. Every flavor is delicious, which makes it so hard to choose! I come here often due to proximity of the ferry and boy is it dangerous. The staff is always welcoming and there’s never been a line. Check it out if you have the time!Vegetarian options: Everything!Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy and vegan!Kid-friendliness: Kid sizes!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

They are vegan ice cream. They do not use milk. They use coconuts milk. If you like coconuts milk, it is healthy natural ice cream. But if you really like regular ice cream like Hagen dats, you will be disappointed. And two regular ice cream in cup -$18. I felt very expensive. But in marine county, this is best ice cream.

Amazed to find a vegan ice cream place- my first experience of such a store. Super cute, formerly was a Three Twins Ice Cream location. Loved the outdoor seating area with a fireplace. Some of the flavors of the pistachio got a bit overpowered by the coconut cream base- and the high sugar content was a bit overwhelming. But the strawberry was amazing. Will return to try the chocolate soon.

Love Frankie & Jo's! All of their flavors are amazing, especially the seasonal ones. You would never know it's dairy free, so good tasting. 4 stars instead of 5 because $14 for a pint is insane. I understand and appreciate that the ingredients are high quality and it's boutique ice cream but it's still a little crazy. Either way I will continue to come back and drain my bank account.

The ice cream had good consistency and tasted more coconut than anything. I got the brown butter and I just could not get over the coconut after taste after a few bites. The mini was almost $8 for a small scoop, would have been a better experience if at least they "tried" to put more ice cream vs the scoops they had. Tried once, probably not again.

Firstly the service was exceptional, but Frankie & Jo's should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they do. This was hands down the most expensive I have ever seen ice cream and was not the best by a long shot. I walked out spending $20 for the smallest amount of ice cream. If it weren't for the associate and how kind she was, I surely would have not paid. They do not deserve to have an ice cream shop and are charging unjust prices. Not to mention after getting small, extremely expensive ice cream scoops for my two daughters, Frankie & Jo's does not even provide lids for there ice cream that is served to go, resultingly I couldn't actually keep the $20 quarter pint total of ice cream I left with and my daughters didn't get their ice cream. I would neve reccomend this shop to anyone and would advocate anywhere else. Good luck to them!

I love how decadent the icecream is. They have a unique spin of flavors and are generous with letting you try multiple flavors. I ultimately landed with their classic flavors strawberry milk and cabin. My only gripe is that the prices are more than your standard fancy icecream shop- 2 scoops costed about $11.

Yummmmmy vegan ice cream. Non-vegans are amazed too. Love the chocolate, which is sweetened with dates. Hoping waffle cones will soon be available again.
