I never enjoy my visits to jamba juice. The deafening roar of the blenders and the incessant banging and the drowned out, unintelligible murmur of the employees calling out peoples names - its miserable. The only thing is that the smoothies are worth it. The orange dream machine has a taste that I dream about. I have serious cravings for Jamba juice smoothies that hit me at least once a week. So, I brave the agony of the stores for the ecstacy of such amazing smoothies...

This place sure does waste a lot on unnecessary plastic with all those pre-portioned containers -- anyway, let's drink up to celibrate giving ourselves diabetes!But then again the owners reply doesnt matter if I can treat them like they treated me when I worked there -- by yelling at them even when they give the right answer.

I stopped by this location for a strawberry smoothie. I wasn't disappointed. The employees are very professional and welcoming. I was greeted as I walked in, and I placed my order. They have great staff here, and my smoothie was ready super fast. It was amazing. The store smells sweet like a bakery because they offer waffles creeps on the menu. The location is clean and organized. Thanks for the great experience. Will be back soon...

I was recently at the Jamba Bon Air location in Greenbrae and my 17y/o daughter was asked to answer a 15 min survey on their new waffle bowl with coconut cream, granola and berries. The incentive was a $15 gift certificate. Well, we went to use the GC today and there was only a balance of $6.25. What a scam!! So disappointed with Jamba! Be careful when they seek you out for your time and opinion...check your GC balance before you leave the place.
