I had a disappointing experience at this place. The food was just okay, nothing special. When it was time to pay, I found out they only take cash. They had an ATM on-site, which charged a $3.50 fee to withdraw money. I went along with it, but things got worse when I asked for a receipt.
The staff gave me a handwritten note on a piece of paper. I told them I needed a proper receipt for work reimbursement, but the person got upset and said that’s all they could provide. It felt unprofessional and made me wonder if they are running things legally.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The food wasn’t great, and the service was frustrating. If you need good service or proper receipts, avoid this spot.

Fish in the fish and chips was awful. Frozen bulk bought. For $20 I would have expected better. My friend brought us there for dinner because he was craving their garlic burger, and they were out of garlic. Bright side was the chocolate shake I had was edible!

Yep…5 Stars! Been coming here since 1972. Has my first ever cheeseburger here. The quality of food has remained above average iber the decades which is great for an old fan like me! Bison burger is pretty tasty actually! But u usually go for the double bacon cheeseburger!!!

I grew up eating at this place at the other (original) location when I was a lil kid in the 90's and havet stopped eating there since. I do go to this location more often now cause it's closer to where I live now but they are one in the same. Amazing burgers and fries...employees are always smiling and happy to help u out. The food comes out hot and always on time. This location also has a movie projector that displays on an open wall inside which has on different movies or sporting events that u can view from anywhere inside. Also has a few places to eat outside in the nice Marin weather. Place in Fairfax and the establishment in general has been in biz since the 50's I believe. So if that doesn't answer the question of whether this place is fire or not then I dunno what to tell u! ?
