I was rather disappointed by the cake that I picked up for my birthday. 1st of all they forgot to put the writing on the cake. 2nd of all the cake was dry and the frosting was crumbling off the cake. I've had this cake before and it was delicious so I'm not quite sure what went wrong this time.

I ordered the Buche de Noel! It is absolutely perfection. Beautiful and equally delicious. The sponge is light and airy, the filling fluffy and the ganache is decadent. Joanne provided excellent customer service.
