In all my years living and going to restaurants, The staff at this restaurant has been THE MOST RUDE! It just feels like you are a burden and like a trouble to them. It’s like they feel bothered by you. They are so rude in their service.

It’s such a shame because the sushi’s are really good, but the service is terrible. The owner is extremely rude and most of the staff is incompetent and rude. When you walk in you feel like you are bothering them.
One time, we had ordered to go but then realized that it was too cold to eat outside so we asked if we could eat indoors. The owner refused even though the restaurant was only occupied at about 10%. We insisted and explained that we were recurring clients and that it was cold outside for us to eat but she really didn’t budge. So we ended up eating outside in the cold right in front of the restaurant. I’ve never been treated that way by a restaurant in my life.
Every time we’d go there’s some sort of mistake in the order or a rude interaction while placing the order. And then the “forced to eat outdoors” incident happened.
So I feel obliged to leave a review.
It’s a shame because the chef and kitchen staff do a great job!

Customer service is terrible. They screw up our carry out orders frequently. When I call to ensure they get our orders correct, they are rude, and even hung up on me tonight. It’s a shame because the food is decent and carry out was convenient. Despite the convenience, we will not order from here again. We can only handle so many wrong orders and disrespectful responses.

We have been ordering for a few years now, the quality is good but the portion keeps getting smaller and the prices higher. Today we got no chopsticks no soy sauce.

Doordash order. Chefs choice fish was pretty good. Tuna was a little old. You HAVE to do something about the salad dressing. They shove fake crab in everything. Disgusting! Not wasting money on their food again. 👎🏼 done!

I didn’t walk in expecting top-tier ramen from a sushi restaurant, but what they served was beyond disappointing. The broth tasted like it came from a packet, the egg was clearly microwaved, and the chashu had the strange texture of processed meat. To make matters worse, there was no hot sauce or condiments available to salvage the dish.
The service was just as bad as the food. The woman running the place barked orders in exclamations, and she carried herself with open contempt, as if she resented people stumbling across her shop at all. It made the whole experience feel hostile and unwelcoming.
Mediocre ramen in a sushi spot would be understandable, but this combination of careless food and rude service makes it a place I’d strongly avoid.
