I looooooove ther Pizza! Chicken Bacon Artichoke Thin Crust is my favorite. We get one at least once a week. I can't cook, so calling Papa Murphy's and having a Pizza to bring home or to a Party is so easy and nice. The Pizza is delicious and the service is top notch! The owner is always extremely pleasant and the pizza is made with a smile on their face. Thank you for always making me the most delicious Pizza! I don't know how I would fare without this place :-) Thank You !!!!!

I love this Papa Murphy's pizza. Matt, the owner, seems to always be there and is very customer focused. He's friendly and accommodating and is part of the fun of getting pizza there. The pizza is also delicious and always super fresh and hot from my own oven. The pizza is delicious, it's very well priced for what you get, and it's always a pleasure to go in there!

Whoever was working this evening at around 7 pm has great customer service skills! He asked me a few questions to help me get started and was immediately helpful. We love Papa Murphy's and have been going here for years. Matt is the best...he always remembers our usual orders, and if we want to try something new, they are great about making changes to your preferences. Still one of the best deals in Marin. It's our go-to place when we are too tired to cook!

Just got home with 3 pizzas. The pepperoni was on the bottom of the stack. Now I know why...there is only 8 thin slices on an xl pizza! What a rip off.
Maybe because I ordered on-line? First of all, this is a take it and bake it yourself place, so I was surprised the shortest time for it to be ready was 20 minutes. That is about the same as if I order a pizza that will be ready when I get there. Second, their online order system or their scheduling skills have a lot to be desired. I got a confirmation email letting me know the time my order should be ready - about 20 minutes. I figure this means an actual person has pressed some sort of button acknowledging human receipt of the order and allowing the human to make changes if they are busy. I got to the place a few minutes early. There were people at the counter trying to order a pizza and they were told they would have to wait 20 minutes. Lost sale, the people went elsewhere. Then they told me my order was not ready, they just got it - then what was that email confirmation I got? Automated? I waited at least 10 minutes. There was no one else in the store. Another person came in after me and he said he was early to pick up an on-line order. He was going to wait 20 minutes. Third, I ordered salads. I had to pick trays from a refrigerator that contained lettuce. I had to go through several to find lettuce that looked passable. I also ordered ranch dressing. I had to get packaged dressing out of the refrigerator, and there was no ranch. I did not complain, I just went out without dressing. If it is not made fresh, it is not better than what we have at home. The salad and pizza were both acceptable, but not an improvement over getting the pizza already made, especially if it takes 20 minutes for an un-baked pizza.
