The quality of the ground coffee House blend has noticeable declined. After being a loyal customer for 30 years, I have found that the coffee is NO LONGER what it used to be. I have tried various blends, including the house, Italian, French, Espresso and unfortunately, it has been a hit or miss, often disappointing. At prices up to $21.00 per pound I really hope other customers raise their voices so that the quality can be restored.

A twenty minute wait for a vanilla latte 'to go' which finally arrived with no vanilla shot!!!! A polite follow up on order was met with a snarky response from an older server with glasses and a pony tail. She really shouldn't be in a customer facing role - hopefully she was just having a bad day because honestly if she's not better than that, she's an anchor on Peet's Customer service.

Peets is the coffee I like. I just add cream lots of it and that's it. I don't want to turn it into a candy bar.

They regularly play the worst music on the planet every morning. No one wants to hear the crap they play, which is why it's the worst peets in Marin

Worse service ever it took more than 20mins after I asked manager he stated that it was only 18mins instead of helping out he was just doing nothing but stand next to the other 3 workers that didn't look like they were trained enough to work in a high customer are like this they seem really slow I think this place needs more personal it's not the first time that happens

My first time in a Peets Coffee in a long long time. The Protector of Craft Coffee only serves coffee and paper cups. Sad. It’s not really a coffee if you can’t sit down in the cafe you bought it from and use a real cup. What’s the world coming to?

Better tasting drip coffee than Sbks. But more expensive. Rewards are not generous; one has to spend over $140 to get one free coffee (any from the menu).

Good coffee, but not worth the loooong wait. Almost 25 minutes.

Small American coffee $3. Cheaper prices than Starbucks, same quality, less diversity.

The best to wake up. Without coffee I can't work. The best staff.
