Black and white shake is pretty good, but at the price of nearly 1000 calories. I ordered via their tablets, took a number to my table to identify myself, and then received a text that my order will be brought out to me shortly. Waited for 3 minutes then hear a person holler my name out.

Why do I even grab a number if I have to get my items myself?

I give myself 5 stars for service. One star for the service here.

Also, the positioning of the male restroom here, in relation to the dining tables, is awful. If you’re planning to use the urinal here, just know you may be giving a free show.

Way too expensive for what you get. We’ve given them several chances and the food is just not worth the cost when you have options like Super Duper Burger and IN n Out close by it’s just not worth coming here. There’s even a great burger at CheeseCake Factory that kills this place. Only reason to eat here would be that you just feel like throwing money away on subpar selections and you do not own a car and live in the parking lot of shake shack.

The manager hung up with me when I told him he didn’t follow the order instructions. No ketchup etc. very rude. I called back and would not take my call. I was calm.

Burger, fries and banana shake were yummy. Ordered single burger with bacon and avocado, very sparse.
Restaurant is not set up to accommodate guests from Hotel nearby. It's only a 5 minute walk all the way around restaurant building and through the parking lot? No back or side access, and no sidewalks?
The order/pickup system is random. Everyone behind the counter were all busy doing their jobs. I thought it would take longer to walk there, so I requested a 15 minute delay. Young man working front counter saw me waiting and
did ask if he could help - very cool of him to see me waiting.
