Without a doubt my favorite burgers. I ordered the golden state and the Korean fries. The ingredients are locally sourced in California and taste spectacular. Simply delicious.Regarding the fries, if you are not used to Korean style dressing, it is not a peanut flavor which might not be very compatible with the fries. I suggest ordering the regular ones.

I ordered the Korean BBQ burger with Korean cheese spicy fries, and snikerdoodle shake.Burger $11 - sauce was too salty and overpowering any miniscule BBQ taste on otherwise flat patty. Good attempt on putting scallion in it to give it a "Korean taste".Fries $7 - subpar for the price. Should cost only $2. Cheese is not Korean corn cheese. It reminds me of public school toasted frozen fries, with a drooping of cheesewhiz and sprinkle with chili seasoning.Shake ~$6 - good, but not enough to get rid of the horrible taste of this bad experienceService - similar to other burger joint, but they ask for 10% tipsTL;DR just go to in-n-out, you will get better food with less than half the price. Ditch this place. Shake shack? More like Scam shack!

Good quick meal, fast service and fresh ingredients. I wasn't a fan of the fries. They seemed like the frozen ones I could buy at the grocery store abs were on the soft soggy side but the burgers were good as was the Creamsicle float.

This was my first visit to a Shake Shack. In my home town a new SS just opened. There was so much hype about it, so my expectations were sky high! Unfortunately, the burger underperformed. It was decent. It was adequate. Here's my Shackburger burger breakdown. I wanted to level-set with their classic cheeseburger (The Dhack Stack) before venturing into their more exotic burger offerings. I liked the grilled meat pattie: It was crispy at the edges and had good beef flavor. The small size somewgat surprised me, but I ate on with enthusiasm. The American cheese was ample and nicely melted. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp. So far, mostly good. I had a problem with the bun. Perhaps it is just me. It is small, light as a pillow, and room-temp. It was like my burger was held together by a cloud. It went missing with every bite. Also, I was still hungry after consuming it.Next time, I'll have one of the larger burgers: the Smoke Shack with Bacon or the Avocado-Bacon Burger. The Korean Spice Fries were very good. I should have tried a shake, but I went for the frozen custard instead. A scoop of creamy vanilla and one of chocolate. That was delicious. I'll go back, though not on a burger-quest.By the way, the staff were great. Pleasant, helpful, courteous, and well trained.

Decent food for fast food. Clean store. Friendly staff. Food took quite a while to come out, even ordered ahead of time. Large parking lot right out front.

Great food, clean restaurant. Only downside usually very busy during lunch and dinner hours, so be prepared to wait or take your food to go.

Quick service. Like any other Shake Shack. Great spot for Marin County terminals (SMART Train and Ferry)

I received a message saying my order is ready only to find out after driving 20 minutes back that my order was missing some items.

Nice looking place. Parking was limited because it's a shared lot with other businesses. Definitely a safe area. Indoor and outdoor seating. Orders are placed at a self serve tablet. Numbered tags are right next to the tablets. Although your name and cell number are requested so you can receive a text when ready, the staff brings the food to your table. The shack burger and Korean BBQ burger were on the salty side and a bit small. I'm not sure what kind of sauce was on the Korean bbq, but it wasn't like any korean bbq i've ever tasted. The spicy fries were really salty. If you had to come here, I'd stick with a burger and regular fries.
