Unfortunately, I’ve been coming here for many years before work, but this is my last time because they completely messed up my order. When i say messed up, i mean they disnt even try to make it. On the Mobile app, I ordered a venti ice shaken espresso, which has 4 shots of espresso. When i picked it up, i was thinking they used a lot of milk because it very milky and white. I wanted the barista to remake it but I was going to be late for work. So I grabbed it, took a sip and noticed no taste of coffee. So I left it in my car for over 10 hours. It was still milky white and no coffee. I asked my coworkers if it looked like it had any coffee in it and they all replied no.
I called this location to escalate my concern to the manager on duty. But I was stunned to speak to a barista with very little knowledge on customer service. He was rude, disrespectful, and kept interrupting me. I finally went there and asked them to politely remake my drink as I explained to them that there was absolutely no coffee in the current drink I had. All of them were shocked to see that there was no coffee at all in the drink. I told them I paid $6 for watery milk and it was unacceptable and very disappointing. They gladly remade my drink from earlier in the Morning but this was the last time I was going here.

They charge $0.25 for a TO-GO cup. This is insane! I’m pretty sure this is not charged elsewhere. Very likely this is some Marin County local environmentalist proposed tax!

This is a good Starbucks location. We came by for coffees after a long bike ride. My iced coffee tasted fine. However, my friend's drink didn't taste right because he ordered one of those fancy drinks. The barista was a good sport offered to remake it for him. On the second attempt, it was still bad. He gave up at that point and accepted his fate as a bad drink. I kind of don't like people that keeps sending stuff back. Good customer service for trying.

The service is always friendly and kind, especially considering I don’t use the app or come in often. If I’ve had a big training day with my dog, I treat her to a pup cup and myself to an ice green tea. We train all over the Bay Area, so every place is different and I purposely try to go to different types of stores—my dog is a beggar and generalizes quickly. She got the royal treatment and my tea was great! We’ll be back.

The staff are just talking with each one other, bo greetings, their mobile app was down, didn’t Offer an upgrade or anything. When I grab my coffee cup was almost empty or just half full. I don’t recommend this location because has no customer service and coffee is not that full. I’d rather go somewhere else.

I came here to study and spent the whole day here. I made some observations while taking my little computer breaks. I really didn't like how two of the workers didn't have their hair tied back especially because their hairs are so puffy and thick. I was really thinking about how much hair had problem fallen around throughout the day. there was one worker I noticed who was very professional. wearing a mask and hair tied. she was clean and always working and friendly to all the costumers. I think her name is Maggie... I tried to take a glimpse at her apron it looks like she wrote her name on it. anyway, that's my only complaint, maybe just advice the employees to keep their hair back and maybe the man can wear a net. they all seem like great people though and super friendly I loved the vibes here.
