Quality smoothies but on the pricier side. I often think of this place whenever I'm in Marin and always have a thought to stop by to grab my beloved Matcha Goddess. I wish they had a location in the city or East Bay. I would pick this place over Jamba Juice any day though my wallet probably is happier this place is a bit more out of reach.

I wish the location in Palo Alto was still open because I have to really go out of my way to visit the only bay area location. The first location I went to was at Malibu country mart and the Calabasas location. I haven't had any drinks from here, but might go to is the Maui bowl. if I live closer, I would visit way more frequently.

Best açaí bowl I’ve had in years! Had the Buddha bowl with paleo granola and it was perfect!

This place can have the best açaí or the worst. When it's the best, the texture of the açaí is like smooth ice cream. When it's the worst, it's like melted ice cream - açaí soup. When they're busy, they forget orders and don't even bother ordering ahead because the order won't be ready. For the price, nearly $20 per açaí bowl, I would expect far better service and consistent product.

Worst place ever. Go to Jamba Juice. It’s better and cheaper. Sunlife does not care about making customers happy all they want is money and it’s unreal $16.00 for a smoothie. You can get 2 smoothies at Jamba Juice for that price

I enjoy coming here whenever I have free time. It's the highlight of my day and the workers are all so attentive. My favorite workers I think their names are Mary and Dre have always made me feel welcomed. I do recommend the pink cloud w orange juice it's so refreshing to have when it's very sunny.

Terrible experience.When the cashier saw we didn’t tip, she made a face at us - didn’t think much of it. Then, as we waited 15+ minutes and saw three parties who ordered after us get their smoothies, we went to ask about our order. They had trouble finding it and asked us to repeat our order, and then one employee hit us with a “it just takes a while”.That really annoyed me, because I’m literally watching them make smoothies one by one, do they actually think I’ll believe that our simple order would have taken so much longer? A quick apology would have totally been fine, as I totally get that they lose orders sometimes. After we asked, I watched them make it 1 minute - definitely “takes a while”.
Have been coming to Sun Life multiple times a week for several years. While the smoothies are great, they often vary in flavoring - so you don’t get the same smoothie every time. On top of this, there’s an insane amount of smoothie surplus (I’m talking 1.5 to 2.0 times the amount of smoothie it takes to fill one order). It’s been a consistent practice of mine to ask for the any leftovers that don’t fit in the cup. Makes sense, right? Who needs to create more waste in this world, especially from a super yummy $20 smoothie I️ just purchased?But no, the Sun Life management team thinks otherwise and has told their employees to throw away any extra smoothie that doesn’t fit into the cup. They don’t use the extras for existing and potential customer sampling or save the extras for employees on their breaks. Nope. They throw them away. I️ mean why even have compostable spoons and straws if you’re just going to dump the smoothie leftovers down the drain after customers ask for any extras that were made? In fact, an even better and more cost effective route for management would be to have their employees actually measure out the ingredients so there’s consistency in flavor and amount of smoothie produced.Blows my mind that lack of thought put into politics. Do better.

I love how their açaí stays frozen yet has such a soft texture to it.. service is quick! They have a lot of merchandise in the store to look at while waiting for your order. A little over priced which is okay because the quality and quantity makes up for it!

Since we're already breathing in microplastics (bigpicturescience.org/se…), I asked if I could please not have my drink in their plastic containers and let them pour it from their blender into my reusable cup contactlessly, which California has been allowing customers to put food in their own containers (leginfo.legislature.ca.g…). They were nice, but they forgot :(I emailed them to ask if they can serve food and drinks in reusable foodware to-go and/or use companies that'll do their dishes, such as Rturn.com, VesselWorks.org, Sudbusters.com, Dishjoy.com, or ReThinkDisposable.org Or the next greenest thing would be to serve in glass because it gets recycled more than plastic.

The vibes are positive all around. When you first walk into the store you get welcomed by a beautiful fresh smell. Store is full of all sorts of cute retail items listed all around, with some unique brands! All the juice bar items here are all amazing, and taste so good! For example the wolverine shake is full of such beneficial supplements and tastes exactly like banana bread. The staff here is fantastic, when I walk in I get warmly greeted by the staff. I highly recommend visiting this store and bringing your family!
