Victoria Bakery and Cafe

First visit and I was there as soon as the doors opened. One pastry the raspberry cheese danish was a bit too sweet but the pastry shell was fine. The blueberry danish was stale and the dough used in the pastry shell was tough and chewy. Clearly this item was not fresh. Had I not done a take away I would have returned the second pastry for something else especially at $6+ for just one.

Lovely small old style cafe — with the exception of their lemon bars, which sadly taste like custard bars with only a hint of lemon🙁 — I highly recommend the pastries as well as the espresso drinks. Some pastry servings are big enough for two! Love it!

I love coming here for the fresh baked pastries. Been a minute. And how they switched up choices of some pastries. Many choices to pick. I will be visiting Victoria bakery very soon miss the delicious cakes and pastries.

I have loved this bakery for years, and was delighted to have their St. Honour cake at my wedding! So insanely tasty, and really nice staff 🎂🍰

Just very rude every time I have been in.

Ordered a birthday cake for my husband on uber eats with pastries for a surprise birthday breakfast for him as I was not able to be with him on his special day, I ordered 5 days in advance for delivery at 915-9.45am and 2 hrs before delivery they msged that they didnt have some of the items on the order. We are talking about a Honore Cake which they are supposedly well known for with some writing on it and croissants.If the preorder was done days in advance why was there no commitment made to complete this order. Uber Eats support keeps going on about how I was not charged for this order as if this would help me get over the undue stress I felt this morning as I scrambled to get another order in to replace this one. Very Very disappointed as it’s not about the charges about the commitment that was made to provide as service through delivery as I had to fly out of SFO last night.

So if you thinking about a delivery of any sort, be aware that they may not live up to their commitment in this area.

Great pastries, cakes, and excellent coffee. This is one of the authentic Italian Bakery that has amazing pastries like Tiramisu, Cannoli etc.❤️

I’ve been coming here for about a month, and have noticed the customer service is sub par, not a friendly atmosphere, the staff needs a pick me up or something, the pastries are great but overpriced compared to Rustic bakery etc. But I’m happy to take my business elsewhere Thanks for the memories

I wish I can give this a higher raiting. I been there about 10-12 times I truly go back just for my 2 pastries which is always $13 so a little on the steep side but I don’t mind as long as they are good unfortunately they need to work on customer service I never feel appreciated or welcomed Most times I come in the morning and its an older lady idk if she’s the owner but I feel she picks and chooses who to be nice to as to me I always feel rushed to choose my items and checkout but I feel like As much as I like their pastries I will have to stop supporting as this time I went in ordered a cannoli and it was another worker making it for me and saw the older lady in the back typing on her phone and proceeded to touch the pastry she was working on can not imagine the hygiene in the back. Ive also gone in the afternoon and had much better expierence from other employees from the moment I walk in feeling greeted. I hope this truly changed as as much as I love something if I don’t feel my money is being appreciated I automatically stop supporting.

We ordered St. Honor, that is by far the best birthday cake we've had. It is very creamy, soft, smooth and fragile. Cream puff is too heavy for a soft sponge. The filling was probably too heavy. All in all, a very tasty cream cake. A bit pricey for the size.
