Stockton California’s Hibachi Food Truck, BELLA HIBACHI Teppanyaki Grill. One of the BEST Hibachi that I’ve had in the area! After seeing multiple videos of friends order from them I had to go try it out for myself…. Let me tell you, They Did Not Disappoint! I went to their Instagram account to check out the full menu and ended up choosing the NY Steak & Chicken with Vegetables and Fried Rice. (my mouth is getting watery as I type) The steak was cooked perfect and the seasoning was just right. I had no chewy pieces which I LOVED!! The chicken was also really yummy! The vegetables weren’t overcooked & actually had some good flavor to them. Now as for the Fried Rice soooo bomb!! All the flavors together topped with the sauces…. CHEFS KISS!! I didn’t have to experience a long wait time due to calling in and ordering my food. They answered right away and even sent me text message with the exact address of where they were located at. The men working in the truck are super polite and friendly. Overall great service! I highly recommend whoever is reading this to try out Bella Hibachi!! You will not regret it! (I’d post a picture, but I only got a video of my plate before demolishing it.)

I was at the San Joaquin Fairgrounds for work and stopped by Stocklandia's new location. I've always wanted to try Bella Hibachi when they are in Lathrop so too see them at the fairgrounds was a good opportunity for me to try it out. It's a great location, hopefully they get more foot traffic!I ordered the NY steak with shrimp fried rice and it was SO good. The steak was deliciously seasoned and paired with the shrimp fried rice was an explosion of flavors. Especially with the recommended sauces. I can't remember which ones they were but both complimented the dish. In my opinion, it tastes a lot better than the teppanyaki restaurants in town. I can't wait to try the other meat combinations!

Listen, I don't usually do this. I'm sure there's a way to verify that on this app. I usually eat somewhere & if I'm disappointed I just don't return, no sense in bad mouthing hard working people. I'm usually a bit hesitant when it comes to hibachi because often it's bland, but Bella’s Hibachi was definitely a pleasant surprise. Amazing WOW. I haven't had hibachi in so long and this place didn't disappoint! I went with the New York Steak and Salmon (2 garlic butter cups) The steak was incredible. The Salmon, season nicely, loved the crispiness & flavor of the Salmon. PLACE IS FIRE This is by far the best Hibachi hidden gem. Words can not explain just how good this food is. Everything is made fresh. The taste is definitely there. The atmosphere and energy from everyone; Positive attitude. Great energy. Professionalism all the way. I'll definitely be returning!
