This is a Filipino food truck that I tried in Lathrop. The owner Dong says he is usually in the Bay Area, but (fortunately) is giving the Central Valley a try.5/5 for the BBQ Chicsilog. So far, this is the best Filipino BBQ Chicken that I've had from a food truck. It comes exactly as expected. Sweet. Tender. Great flavor. Filipino food just hits the spot all the time!!I love coming here on the weekends and getting their bangsilog. Their liempo is also really good. My mom likes to get the tapa, and my boyfriend likes the bbq chicken.The family that works here is the nicest, and it's always nice to order from them. Come and support :)

The BBQ Chicken Silog (Chicsolog) is sooooo good. This truck is a food vendor at my job and let me tell you this truck right here is my go to spot. The Chicken is soooo juicy and that Garlic rice is so delicious ! The service is great and the owners are nice people.
