Late lunch/early dinner with a friend. Chips were not authentic, tasted less than Costco. Salsa was flavorless and had zero spice. When I asked for spicy salsa, our waitress informed me there would be an additional charge. Service was mediocre at best. The food was just okay. My drink from the bar was good. That's it. More than likely I will not be returning. My homemade chips & salsa are better than theirs.

De Colores | Méxican Restaurant & Bar offers a wonderful experience with delicious food and friendly service. The food is always so delicious, and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant is very clean, and the owner has high standards that clearly show. Guests have enjoyed meals like the kings tacos, which were perfect with bite sized morsels of bacon, ham, sausage, wrapped in cheesy goodness topped with a sunny side egg and pickled onions. The enchiladas were fantastic, the mole was spicy and scrumptious, and the fajitas were so good every scrap was eaten. The mocajetes were also so so good. The El Jefe’s Chilaquiles with salsa rojo was delicious, with a sauce that reminded one guest of their mother in laws huevo ranchero sauce. The table salsa was fantastic. The service is excellent, and the staff is always friendly. One guest was welcomed with open arms during a Mexican Karaoke night. The check can be a bit high, but the food is terrific all around. Guests will definitely be back.
