Had not been in over a year because the service, food quality and wait times were so horrible but thought we would see if they have improved and nope. The food was ok but the service is horrible and the wait time is 30 mins plus some people before us said they had been waiting even longer. Won’t be going back.

I went and did not one but 2 orders with in 2 days of each other Feb 27 and the 29 of 2024 , Francisco the manager is not up to par on how to serve customers when they don't give you what you paid for , My husband will be filing a partial dispute on our credit card for the items we didn't receive , If this is a Corporate owned we will be speaking with upper management at yum foods or if Franchise owned will be speaking with that team Management

Worst service I've ever had! I placed an order online, and went in to pick it up. After waiting 15 minutes past my estimated pick up time, the manager asked me was I waiting for something. After telling her my name/order, she says she doesn't have the chicken. So I asked when it would be done. She told me there were 2 orders ahead of me waiting, so she doesn't know how long it will take. What?? But she couldn't refund me, so she would give me crispy instead. Definitely not what I ordered, but she gave me the impression I didn't have a choice. I'll NEVER go back there again. If I could give negative numbers on the stars, I would... and we won't even talk about the hockey puck biscuits!

I went to this KFC for lunch and they said they are open but they have no chicken because their cook was not in. Total waste of time.
Love the Combo meal. Have to wait for burgers as they cook them when you order. Very fresh! Fries are delicious too!

Ordered online at 12:54pm, food was expected to be ready for pickup at 1pm, get to the drive through window to pick up my food at 1:03pm only to have them ask me to park in the front. I parked up front and waited until about 1:17pm when I started calling their customer service line to address this issue as it's not the first time this has happened. About 1-2 mins later after being on the phone someone came out with my food. If your ordering expect a wait even if there is no one in the drive thru or inside.

Have not had KFC in a very long time. Chicken still taste like it did. But cost a lot more. They were not very helpful when trying to get a deal that was only on the app. We could not figure out how to add the sides. Took me about half hour, sat in parking, to figure out how to add sides. Not really worth the hassle but wife was craving KFC.

It was a rough day. I placed a online order we picked up and my fries was missing. I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman Francisco, he was very sincere l, and made it up. Even if he didn't just his customer service made up for it. The chicken was really pretty and perfect. Thank you Francisco!
