Ordered online at 12:54pm, food was expected to be ready for pickup at 1pm, get to the drive through window to pick up my food at 1:03pm only to have them ask me to park in the front. I parked up front and waited until about 1:17pm when I started calling their customer service line to address this issue as it's not the first time this has happened. Have not had KFC in a very long time. Chicken still taste like it did. But cost a lot more. They were not very helpful when trying to get a deal that was only on the app. We could not figure out how to add the sides. Took me about half hour, sat in parking, to figure out how to add sides. Not really worth the hassle but wife was craving KFC.

It was a rough day. I placed a online order we picked up and my fries was missing. I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman Francisco, he was very sincere l, and made it up. Even if he didn't just his customer service made up for it. The chicken was really pretty and perfect. Thank you Francisco!
