We've been to this location a few times over the past 2 years and have not received this type of service. This maybe a one off but worth noting just incase it is a continued problem.
We went into the restaurant as they seemed to be with less customers on Oct 26th. We walked in and saw 1 employee working the register and 1 employee workong the drive-thru windows on a Sunday afternoon. We told the cashier our orders and spent over $30. We waiting over 30 minutes before...

Patty always does an exceptional job with creating a welcoming customer experience. She is very polite, knowledgeable, driven and is a brand ambassador for KFC! She should be recognized for making her the Best in Class location for Lathrop and Stockton area. I would definitely nominate her to train future leaders and support staff.

I came here 20 minutes before closing had a huge order and they still took it and gave it out to me, everything was correct, even gave me free drink for the wait time. Love the service here and definitely will come back. :)
