Food was good , unfortunately we came during a server change. The first young lady we had was very nice and gave great service, she was very quick and efficient . Jason was the pick up server and was very rude and argued to see our IDs even after showing the previous server.

We then told him nevermind , to just close our tab and cancel the drinks, and he still stood their and patronized my husband in front of other tables which was very embarrassing .I'm 32 years old 🤣. It was honestly the strangest experience. He then took 20 minutes to simply run our card and bring it back . HORRIBLE SERVER .

They tried to pull a fast one on me, so I'm making this review. I ordered a roasted beet salad, which is supposed to have roasted beets, goat cheese, and candied walnuts. Well, the beets were from a can, the goat cheese was feta made from cow milk, and the candied walnuts were just plain walnuts. Call me crazy, but when I pay almost $20 for a salad I expect it to have the quality ingredients listed in the salad.

Since it's the only place in that area that even has any kind of entertainment value it was pretty cool
My server was above and beyond friendly
My chicken was a little undercooked
The ribeye steak was fairly decent I could have used a bit more char
I did notice that the leftovers did not travel well and we're already starting to turn by the time I got home and I don't know if that is due to poor preparation or that the food was already about to go bad

This place is right on the water. It's lovely to eat outside on the covered patio with an amazing view.

Place is a'ight...Chicken Cabrese is the best. Most everything is just a little lacking, but decent place.

We have been to the Boathouse several times over the past couple years. The overall atmosphere is hard to beat in this area. Inside bar and seating area is good, but the expansive outdoor covered dining area overlooking the 'lake' is the best part of being here.
Service has always been good. The food itself is rather straight forward and unmemorable. Consider this place to be a pub grub with outdoor games to play, and a great outdoor dining space.
