Don't waste your time. I think they are closing. They don't have any food options except a little bit of chicken and three sides. No drinks. There are boxes everywhere. The food has tremendously gone down hill....the restaurant is on life support. It used to be a great stop, not any longer.
I love Boston Market’s food, but something is seriously wrong with this location. They are often out of many items, and recently I paid almost $50 for several food items and they called me to say they had almost none of it. I asked them to cancel the order, was on the phone for a long time, the manager said they’d have to talk to Corporate (why?), and then I waited a few weeks and still saw no sign of a refund. I decided to physically go in to the store to ask about the refund and they are closed! At dinner time! Permanently? I’m hoping my email to Corporate will be answered. I want my $50 back.
Been trying to come around to get lunch on my break and for 3 times in a row there’s been something going on , first time they weren’t accepting the T-Mobile promo credit and the 2nd time they were closed when it should have been open and today the third time there was a worker who informed me they were closed due to running out of items. Honestly worst experience for the past 3 times just trying to get food on my lunch break.
I love Boston Market, but this store has either worst luck or supply chain issues. Everything I've ordered from whether it's in-person or via Uber Eats, they are always out of items. I get that Uber Eats can't tell if you are out of items, but it's getting ridiculous. Today, I was looking forward mac n' cheese and a small Caesar Salad. Instead, I got corn and steamed broccoli. It's so frustrating for me as a customer. I can't trust ordering from them anymore, because I'll just end up disappointed.
Pot pie was gross. It was soggy, tasted like it sat out all day. They never have Yams. There’s always empty food containers. They are always out of something. They didn’t even have any drinks. I was told only thing available is what’s in the Fridge. This place gives Boston Market a bad name.
Boston market in Lawndale CA Food cold.. only had chicken and meatloaf.. sides minimal.. macaroni and cheese cold and soupy. Cornbread not cooked fully.. no drinks out of order.. And the way it was served up was all sloppy.. And when asked what happened why they only have two entrees and 5 sides they shrugged their shoulders and couldn't answer why? Overall very bad experience
Wasn't good.Got the meatloaf with stuffing and Mac and cheese. And an extra corn bread. Everything was dry and flavorless.Except the Mac and cheese. That was the only good thing about it.Tried mixing the stuffing with the gravy added no flavor, but it wasn't dry.Cornbread was kinda stale.Over priced and unenjoyable meal. Cookie was ok but not worth $3
It's Boston Market. Agates to say that hasn't already been said. Great and delicious American comfort food. Served by extremely nice staff. I loved it!
I like Boston Market but this location isn't it. The macaroni was watered down and looked like baby food. The roasted chicken had no flavor. Not to mention the way it was packaged. You couldn't pay be to eat here again.
Fun and tasty but the dining room is a little off ?

Boston Market has always been my favorite but today I was a little disappointed. The restaurant was short staffed, very limited drinks at the fountain, chicken was a little raw, corn bread was stale and 1 months worth of merchandise stacked up in their
The Chicken was tasty, sweet potato casserole was fair, the corn was dry with no seasoning or butter, overall rating 6 of 10
I've been going here for 20 years, but today will be my last. The manager which has been there for 30 years quit last month, and today I learned why. We got there at 1PM, and it was completely empty, which used to never happen (last time I was there was like a year ago). It's completely run down now, inside and out. But when they served the food, I realized why. Mashed potatoes were 100% flakes, and complately watered down. Chicken tasted like it was freeze dried, with virtually zero seasoning, and dry, same with all side dishes. I used to love the Mac and Cheese here, but now it's watery and made from who knows what. I predect this location will close within 6 months. It was nice while it lasted. RIP Boston Market.... It's getting like this in California everywhere though... might be time to move.
Before I start, I'll premise with I love Boston Market. Now lets talk!Today the power went out. The cookers power came back on BUT the registers needed to be reset!!! But there was no manager on duty. This has happened before here at this location the employee needed something and no manager to assist. This particular day, he didnt pickup the phone or call back. I wanted to pickup dinner so I waited, thinking maybe it'll reset itself. 45 mins. No manager. No call nothing. ? But from the owners point of view they made no money$$$$. That's the real problem. And I could hear the employees saying that he's always gone. Needless to say another woman was also waiting inline I front of me with a big order also. Asked for the Corp. # she was upset.Hopefully this gets rectified before this power outage happens again in torrance. The employees need to be trained on this. Not just one person, and if it's only one person then he should be on-site the entire shift, or atheist available by phone. But after saying all this, I will be back. I am a Boston Market lover for over 20 years!I love the expanded menu, wish they hadn't closed the location in Westchester! Ironically ots a vegan restaurant there by Kevin Hart. Lol. I'll give them a try.Anyways see you next run, Boston!
Cashier was very friendly & helpful, he had good customer service skills & greeted everyone that walked in by saying " welcome to Boston market" let me know when you are ready to order. The. Food was top quality & very delicious. The Sweet potatoes were the best I've ever had. Can't wait to return & try something different on the menu
