Don't waste your time. I think they are closing. They don't have any food options except a little bit of chicken and three sides. No drinks. There are boxes everywhere. The food has tremendously gone down hill....the restaurant is on life support. It used to be a great stop, not any longer.

I love Boston Market’s food, but something is seriously wrong with this location. They are often out of many items, and recently I paid almost $50 for several food items and they called me to say they had almost none of it. I asked them to cancel the order, was on the phone for a long time, the manager said they’d have to talk to Corporate (why?), and then I waited a few weeks and still saw no sign of a refund. I decided to physically go in to the store to ask about the refund and they are closed! At dinner time! Permanently? I’m hoping my email to Corporate will be answered. I want my $50 back.

Been trying to come around to get lunch on my break and for 3 times in a row there’s been something going on , first time they weren’t accepting the T-Mobile promo credit and the 2nd time they were closed when it should have been open and today the third time there was a worker who informed me they were closed due to running out of items. Honestly worst experience for the past 3 times just trying to get food on my lunch break.

I love Boston Market, but this store has either worst luck or supply chain issues. Everything I've ordered from whether it's in-person or via Uber Eats, they are always out of items. I get that Uber Eats can't tell if you are out of items, but it's getting ridiculous. Today, I was looking forward mac n' cheese and a small Caesar Salad. Instead, I got corn and steamed broccoli. It's so frustrating for me as a customer. I can't trust ordering from them anymore, because I'll just end up disappointed.

Pot pie was gross. It was soggy, tasted like it sat out all day. They never have Yams. There’s always empty food containers. They are always out of something. They didn’t even have any drinks. I was told only thing available is what’s in the Fridge. This place gives Boston Market a bad name.

Boston market in Lawndale CA Food cold.. only had chicken and meatloaf.. sides minimal.. macaroni and cheese cold and soupy. Cornbread not cooked fully.. no drinks out of order.. And the way it was served up was all sloppy.. And when asked what happened why they only have two entrees and 5 sides they shrugged their shoulders and couldn't answer why? Overall very bad experience

Holy mother of God, what happened to this place? When Koo Koo Roo went bankrupt, I came to Boston Market to get my rotisserie and sides fix. I haven't been in awhile and went back today and didn't finish half of it. Everything tasted like what prison food looks like. Basically bland and gross. Their corn bread was the best thing I had and even that was subpar.

Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the staff was friendly but the food Omg what happened to the recipes??? The mashed potatoes tasted like boxed potatoes and zero flavor to the gravy, the sweet potatoes were runny and tasted bland, the garlic herb chicken wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either and the cornbread was flavorless I'm so dissatisfied I haven't been to Boston Market in years and after wasting $18 on this meal I won't be back.

Sadly this was my first time trying Boston market and it was a high let down. I think the biggest reason to this is that they are about to close permanently for this location and stopped caring. The place is very run down, way limited option and food looks like it's been sitting there for awhile. The chicken was dry and also might have been missing salt. It was so bland I thought I was on a low sodium diet. The ice machine is down and the drinks are watered down. Barely any customer service left. I do feel bad for the servers if they are planning to close it down. Lots of tall tell signs that this place is going out of business

Wasn't good.Got the meatloaf with stuffing and Mac and cheese. And an extra corn bread. Everything was dry and flavorless.Except the Mac and cheese. That was the only good thing about it.Tried mixing the stuffing with the gravy added no flavor, but it wasn't dry.Cornbread was kinda stale.Over priced and unenjoyable meal. Cookie was ok but not worth $3

It's Boston Market. Agates to say that hasn't already been said. Great and delicious American comfort food. Served by extremely nice staff. I loved it!

Okay, for real. What happened, Boston Market? I loved this location and it's been always reliable for my rotisserie chicken cravings and their bomb sides! Today was different. All the sides were gross! They weren't seasoned or cooked well! The broccoli was so mushy! The gravy tasted like nothing! The only redeeming food was the chicken (thank goodness)! I'll have to try Boston Market again in a few weeks and determine if I can return to this location or not. If the food is like what it was today, I'll happily never come back.

I like Boston Market but this location isn't it. The macaroni was watered down and looked like baby food. The roasted chicken had no flavor. Not to mention the way it was packaged. You couldn't pay be to eat here again.

Boston Market has always been my favorite but today I was a little disappointed. The restaurant was short staffed, very limited drinks at the fountain, chicken was a little raw, corn bread was stale and 1 months worth of merchandise stacked up in their
