I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for quite some time, visiting at least twice a week. However, my recent experience was beyond disappointing. The service was horrendous, my food was cold, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, he handled the situation in an unprofessional manner.
Instead of providing me with new food as promised, the manager simply placed my original plate back on the grill after running his hand over it. When I refused to accept the reheated food, he became defensive and refused to refund my money.
To make matters worse, when my new plate finally arrived, I discovered that the piece of bread I had previously pinched off was still there, covered up with extra cinnamon and sugar. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he became angry and refused to rectify the situation.
The manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable and I was appalled by his lack of professionalism. I ultimately had to threaten to involve the authorities in order to receive a refund. This experience was not only unsatisfactory, but also unsanitary. I will not be returning to this establishment and would caution others to steer clear as well.

This place is just ok, they charge for condiments like ranch for .99cents it's just my personal preference if charging for condiments I give a low review, to me it shows low customer service. There are far better burger place than this spot that doesn't charge condiments. If you don't care about that then try this place.

It’s alright, nothing special. At least it calls it like it is. It’s not a chain fast food place, at least it looks as far away to that as it can be. And I dig that. Staff is friendly and actually concerned with their customers. Burgers are thin but tasty. Fries are thick and crunchy. Decent option for whoever wants a cheap burger meal.
