Ok guys! This place has been here for 14 years. What a gem! The wait staff was awesome and the food and drink were so good. We tried the Chelada with Mac & cheese, al pastor sliders, bacon wrapped shrimp. OMG! WHAT!? Way better than I imagined. All of it! Really well prepared.

The atmosphere had a cool retro-artistic vibe — a bar made out of pipe fittings and creative art pieces throughout. It’s got personality without feeling forced. The service was attentive but not overbearing, which made for a comfortable, balanced experience.

We started with the bacon-wrapped shrimp appetizer ($12). You could tell it was pre-wrapped, likely to save time or cost, but unfortunately, it missed the mark. The shrimp tasted a bit old, almost like it had been reheated in the microwave — definitely something to skip next time.

Next up was the Mediterranean salad ($14) — a standout. It was huge, easily shared between two people. The lettuce was crisp, fresh, and green, and the chicken had that uneven, freshly grilled look that tells you it wasn’t prepackaged. Great value for lunch.

For the main course, we tried the Peach Pie Pizza. The crust had a nice crunch on the bottom with a slightly floppy jillopy center, but the flavor combination of cheese, balsamic glaze, and bacon worked perfectly. The medium size (8 slices, about $20) felt fair for the portion.

Thursday are a hidden gem here — draft beers are only $5, and they offer some solid craft options (not your typical Bud Light lineup).

We finished with a banana-oreo dessert, which was light, creamy, and hit the spot after the pizza and beer.

The total came to $59 — we left full, took home four slices, enjoyed a gre.at craft beer, and walked out feeling satisfied. We tipped 25% and would definitely come back again, especially on a Thursday for the beer special

Got the al pastor Burger which was fantastic! Amazing presentation! Also go the breakfast sandwich and the breakfast sausage was raw inside, they were very understanding and remade the dish to go for us, however upon getting around to eating it, the party was yet again raw.

Oh my God this place was amazing. The IP on tap. Amazing. My sloppy Joe sliders made with turkey first time ever having turkey puppy Joe’s, Amazing too..Amazing sweet potato fries. Everything was so delicious with a nice cold IPA. Great place to stop for afternoon lunch or dinner I recommend this place 100%. I believe Nancy was our waitress and she was amazing and not sure the gentleman behind the counter making our food, but he came out to ask how everything was going. I told him everything was wonderful our first time here but, I would definitely come here again. Next time we come out to Lawndale, California gotta give some props to the City of Lawndale .. and their very own “ Corner Joint” I almost forgot the pickles on my plate were amazing also! XoXo

Not what we expected in a Pizza bc the amount of ingredients was very small considering the price.

I live in Westwood and been coming here for awhile for weekend Brunch/Lunch to meet a friend who lives close by, I’m amazed at the Affordable and high quality food, if I try to get this food where I live it would be double the price. I love this place
