The only thing I have gotten from Luis at the El Fagon food truck is the flautas and the quesabirrias dishes but when something is as good as those dishes are I, for one, tend to just keep running that path over and over. I am really curious about the tamales though.

Highly recommend this truck!! Very authentic food for a good price. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, ask for what specials they have, sometimes they have items not listed on the menu. The ceviche is the best ceviche I’ve ever had in my life! Definitely worth coming here!

They moved East down the street due to street construction. Garnachas!!(Aka Garnalgas)!! Excellent everytime! I love the pickled curtido cabbage on top. Shrimp cocktail, ? Flautas, yum! and of course, amazing staff, always smiling. They added 2 tables with chairs and we dined al fresco. It was very pleasant.

I love it!. I came in today to try the pan con pollo, and it was delicious. It brought back childhood memories. They have a special every day, which makes you want to come every day, lol. I will definitely come back again!.

The tacos were perfect, unfortunately triggered a reaction with my autoimmune food allergy. Other than that I would eat those tacos everyday
