Went in for a drink since it's been getting hotter, I've never tried Jamba Juice before so I might as well give it a shot. BEST DRINKS EVER, especialy the Acai Super! John was very friendly and made my drink real fast! 5 STARS!!!

A Jamba Juice that is open! YASSSS!!!! Accomodated an order with yogurt sub. Appreciate the staff. Corporate needs to get AC working in this location. Poor ataff has to work in sweaty heat!!.

Disgusted! So, this legit just happened today not too long ago at 9am PST. I'm about to order just was waiting for the kid to make someone else's drink (he was working alone). The kid rubbed his nose (I guess it itched) in the beginning of making the guys drink but did not wash his hands (this was before he put the gloves on). THEN, (seconds later) the cucumber fell on the floor and he picked it up and continued to touch and make the drink. He did NOT even change his damn gloves either! I walked out with my son. That was just disgusting!!! The guy he was making the drink for had walked out after he paid. I wish I seen him to let him know before he went back in for it.

The smoothies are ok but my god the cashier Richard is so rude. I don’t need you to be all sunshine and rainbows but just some basic customer service would be great. The man acted like he hated us just for coming in. And it’s not like we had any special custom orders or anything. We simply wanted some smoothies straight from the menu and it felt like we were bugging him for asking. Sorry if the guy was having a bad day but you don’t need to make ours bad too.

I was not given a receipt for my large mega mango. Waited a long period of time before my order was taken. The lady at the cash register did not apologize for the long wait or say hello. All of the customers were nice and polite, but the two ladies working, especially the one at the cash register were not.
