Michelle's House of Waffles and Pancakes

Why would anyone think this would be ok to give a customer. This was so disappointing. I went back to get a refund they told me it was going to be a "hard process" so they offered to remake the waffle for me. And again the second eagle was burned...only this time they placed the burnt part on the bottom like hmmm maybe she won't notice.... Well I noticed!!! I will never order from this place again..... shame on the person who cooked this up, you should probably find another career choice.

I would have given them a 5, however, my waffle was burned on one side. Had they taken pride in their food they would not have served me a burned waffle. Their food has good flavor. Maybe next time they will not burn the food.

We ordered the French toast with blueberries and cream cheese.Absolutely flawless! The best French toast I've ever ordered on an app.I want to go to their restaurant.
