Michelle's House of Waffles and Pancakes

my bf’s mom is sick & was craving a Belgian waffle all day. so I get on Postmates & see Michelle’s & the menu looked awesome. I ordered her waffle, and food for me & bf as well. the other food was just okay, not good, and the waffle was INEDIBLE, BURNT, NASTY. Our poor sick mom couldn’t even eat it. we also asked for toppings on the side & they didn’t even do that. the waffle was burnt & tasted as if it was an old waffle from breakfast that was left over and soaked in butter then burnt. won’t be ordering again!

Terrible Value! Ordered the Buenas Dias Burrito . Came with 2 eggs and cheese only - no meat, salsa, potatoes, nothing, $13.98. Small. worth $6

Ordered for the whole family on uber eats but came here to review. Literally everything was dry. Like either overcooked dry or it’s been sitting out for days dry. Waffles were burned, potatoes were bland, fried chicken tasted old. Literally none of it was good.

Why would anyone think this would be ok to give a customer. This was so disappointing. I went back to get a refund they told me it was going to be a "hard process" so they offered to remake the waffle for me. And again the second eagle was burned...only this time they placed the burnt part on the bottom like hmmm maybe she won't notice.... Well I noticed!!! I will never order from this place again..... shame on the person who cooked this up, you should probably find another career choice.

I would have given them a 5, however, my waffle was burned on one side. Had they taken pride in their food they would not have served me a burned waffle. Their food has good flavor. Maybe next time they will not burn the food.

We ordered the French toast with blueberries and cream cheese.Absolutely flawless! The best French toast I've ever ordered on an app.I want to go to their restaurant.
