I love pizza, chicken wings as well as desserts!! There is also a special on a 14" pizza for $9.99 +tax with one topping and also two medium 12" ones for $15.99 when you order for in-store pickup!

I was calling in an order at 4:57pm on Friday September 1, the girl answered reciting their specials. I gave her my order, two large pizza's and of course they want to keep adding to your order. I asked her how much for a medium pizza(not the special) she began to yell over the phone about the specials, So I asked her why she was yelling and told her I had given her my order already. All I wanted to do was add a medium pizza, so she calmed down, almost as if realizing she had been rude for absolutely no reason, but at this point I told her to cancel everything. Very rude employees! I don't expect professional behavior since it's a Papa Johns, but I expect politeness at the very least.

I had to talk to someone in another country first off.. it was odd and they wouldn't stop trying to upswell me. that was weird. Then the garlic parm wings were some of the worst I ever had so don't recommend those. It was filled halfway in the container with "juice"? The chicken pieces were questionable. The pizza wasn't cut all the way through at all. Pizza was good though! Go for the pizza. I got the new Doritos papadia steak and it was good but insanely greasy but your not allowed to add any toppings? Are they premade? Super weird. But the staff was really nice. Idk what the deal was with today. Please fix it

If I could give it no stars I would. This location is an absolute joke. They messed up my order after bringing it late then when I requested another pizza they were to deliver the guy called me upset because he wanted my gate code. No sir stop being lazy and get out the car and look up my name and townhouse number and it'll ring my phone and I'll let you in. Matter of fact. Kept the freakin pizza!!! I'm definitely changing locations or pizza companies period!!!

If you're considering ordering from this location I'd say don't. The pizza is just okay. Meaning if you can make a sandwich at home it will taste better and be cheaper. I felt like it was just a lump of pizza dough with a drizzle of tomato sauce and cheese LOL
This location is ridiculous. Can they please update their Yelp information with the correct number? When I call the message I get is "sorry an error occurred" I called their Redondo beach location and they gave me the same wrong number. First and last time ordering from here. Smh.

I placed an order at 5:57 pm. I did not receive the order until after 7:30 pm and the food was lukewarm at best. Now, here is the worst part. They delivered it to the wrong house!! And it wasn't like the house next door or across the street. It was at least 10 houses down the street! I ordered pizza for delivery so I wouldn't need to leave my house and ended up having to drive my dads truck down the street to pick up from the nice family that was courteous enough to call me and let me know they delivered it there. This was my first time ordering from this location and I won't be doing it again.

I ordered on the app and was notified my order was ready. I proceeded to pick up my order and once I arrived at the store the staff was unaware of the status of my order. After a brief moment of confusion, they realized the delivery driver had taken my order. They called the driver and they returned to the store to drop off my order. I was handed the order by the nice cashier and I left with my food after a considerable wait. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to communicate effectively due to my Spanish not being great. The Cashier was cute, unfortunately, I was unable to communicate with her and ask for her number.
