I'm from Guatemala (Pollo Campero is originally from Guatemala) and I worked at the company for two years as a manager. I visited this place with a Colombian friend and we received excellent service. The staff works hard to create a pleasant atmosphere. I feel proud knowing there are still people making a difference. The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you all, especially Kevin, the manager on duty, and Irma.

I tried pollo campero for the first time today and I'll say the chicken was so good, the spicy chicken sandwich was really bomb. But the service was pretty slow, I was told to park and wait for my order, they said about 4 or 5 minutes but it took 15 min. I get home and my chicken was supposed to be mixed fried and grilled but I only received fried chicken. Also I wasn't given my rolls or tortillas.
