This was my first time trying this place and the ice cream was really good ! Customer service was okay, the girl who took my order just seemed a bit uninterested and looked like she didn’t wanna be there

Delicious ice cream but horrible customer service. The girls have zero sense of urgency and have the attitude of wanting to be literally anywhere else. Monica didn’t want to help us and just sent us straight to self order. All she was doing was standing and talking to other worker.

Horrible customer service. Is it a requirement to hire people that act like they would rather be literally anywhere else?? Rude attitudes and faces is all I got from these employees.

Horrible service when the girls are working. They’re rude and make faces at you. I was waiting to order at the register because I wanted to explain my allergy to them and while having their back turned to me they said “you know we have a self ordering right?”. Rude.

Delicious way to enjoy ice cream in a fresh new way! For rolled ice cream they basically reconstruct ice cream in front of you on a super cold circular plate. The employees are all experts at rolling ice cream into decadent swirls to enjoy.
My friend’s daughter really wanted to try rolled ice cream and picked this place near my home. It was so worth it! The cups come filled with freshly rolled ice cream and toppings.
You can enjoy ice cream at the shop or take it home!
The one with strawberries won us over! When they roll the ice cream it freezes the strawberries and turns them into ice cream too!
We also got a vanilla ice cream in a sugar cone and it had the perfect melt.
There’s plenty of seating inside with tables and parking

Great service and good quality ice cream with rolled I cream, shakes and malts

placed my order online at 5:30pm thru grubhub, told me to go pick it up at 6, got here at 6:15, one of the 2 workers told me that the online ordering system is experiencing technical difficulties, asked me to prove that i made the order, i did, the $ was taken out@ 5:30 it is now 6:55. place is not busy.

The place was nice and clean, and there was music playing. I stood and waited for a while until the employee finally came to take my order, which took five minutes of standing and being ignored. I ordered rolled ice cream, and when the employee was making the rolled ice cream, they only chopped the ice cream for around forty seconds. I tried the ice cream only for the texture to be just like regular ice cream, not like rolled ice cream. The ice cream only looked rolled but didn’t taste rolled. I have been to other rolled ice cream places and those places chopped the ice cream for five minutes, making the ice cream actually have the texture of rolled ice cream unlike this place. If you are getting rolled ice cream, I suggest going to another place.
