I am so irritated with this Starbucks. Once I was done ordering, we came up to the window and had to tell the barista my order three times which they proceeded to mess up four times. They kept giving me the wrong drinks. I had an appointment so I couldnβt stay. I was so upset. Donβt bother coming to this Starbucks. Itβs super slow and they never get orders right!

Those who work are very kind, they have always treated me very kindly and every time I go I speak Spanish to them and many do not speak Spanish, they understand ππππππ

Definitely not a busy branch but the service is very slow given that there's only 2 cars in the drive thru, no customer is inside the store , there's 3 people working and we placed our order online.
Got to the drive thru and they even hand us the wrong order . The crew is friendly but a Lil awkward. Crew here need more training.

Baristas do a great job of greeting guests and correctly placing orders for large and small groups. This location is situated on the corner just off a main street. The drive through is well designed so you can pull right in, order, and loop right back onto a right turn back onto the street.
The reduced rating is because there is minimal seating and tables indoors (non outdoors). Additionally, there are no outlets for customers to use. I intended to post up for a bit and get work done, but due to there being 0 outlets, this trip was a waste for me.

Terrible drive thru location. I was in line for 30 min and had to get out of line because I was going to be late to an appointment. This isn't the first time this has happened. I don't know what's going on with this store but customer service has gone way down and quality is very poor in the drive thru. Won't be returning.

I was in the drive through line for 15 minutes and only 2 cars moved during that time, I FINALLY got to the ordering speaker and wanted to order the BOGO which ends at 6pm, it was 5:46at the time I wanted to order, would've been earlier if they weren't so slow with their service......anyway, the order taker told me at 5:46 that it would be too late to order the BOGO......meaning 4 cars ahead of me were going to take 15 minute's to get their drinks???? Unexceptable service!! So then I park and go inside, and am able to order my BOGO drinks, but they are still veryyyyyy slow π Oh, and it took over 35 minutes in total, to get 2 drinks and some egg white bites!! Also, they couldn't even get the size of the drink correct!!!! Should it be this hard to get some coffee????

There was a deal in starbucks app 4 for $20. When we got to the window, I realized I didn't mention the deal. Initially I was charged full price. So I brought to the young lady's attention. They helped me right away, but the staff charged my card twice and one return resulting in an extra charge. One of the women at the window suggested next time I mention the deal ahead of time. I firmly believe the staff should also be informed of the deals, but also mention it themselves, and be a little bit more courteous to people. I had to call Starbucks to get my money back. I believe the employees should be aware of the deals in the app and also be a little bit nicer at this location. The staff could also use more training on credits back to customers. The order was complete and great.
