This is my favorite taco bell. The staff is always friendly and if anything goes wrong they are quick to solve it. I'm coming here every day now.

I was trying to use the bathroom to go number 2 and I have problems with my stomach the manager comes and bangs on the door saying I've been in here longer then ten min witch it wasn't even that on top she threatened to open the door while I'm sitting on the toilet exposing my self and she wants to open the door very rude and disrespectful

This location is extremely slow now. My order has been wrong on multiple occasions. But them again its fast food so what do you expect.

I ordered a burrito and coffee, but the coffee didn't come out, so when I asked the staff, they told me the machine was broken so they couldn't get it, so I asked if I could have a soda, and then reluctantly told me to give them a refund first. . In the end, the coffee came out, so I guess it didn't break! That's what it feels like. My co-worker's order didn't come out easily, and the soda machine was out of syrup. There was a backlog of orders due to staff shortages, and the staff's service was terrible.
I have been coming to this specific location for over 10 years. The employees used to be friendly (way back when....) but those were different times and people just act different nowadays. Anywho.... The food here is exactly the same as it is at any other taco bell. Consistently decent. They have some 'new sauce' that is available for a limited time. Tried it - not a fan. *Fyi - they Charge for the sauce!*

Initially, when I used to come to this establishment, it was fairly quick, and the customer service was great, and now I get here with my 2 kids who are extremely hungry. There were several cars in a drive-through with no cars in the praking and more patrons inside the establishment. So I decided to come in with my kids. Pay at kiosk, and it is about 30 minutes, and we're still waiting. So, I would not suggest anyone come to this establishment until they get their act in order. I am very disappointed with the service here when there's no one inside at the establishment.

There was a screaming child there which always ruins the experience. Don’t get me wrong, I had kids, but I never just sat there and let the scream and bother everyone else.
