Not the experience I remember from years ago. Very dry baconator that looked nowhere near the expected amount of bacon based on the menu pic. Over $10 for the burger alone. Save your money!

Tried their new takis chicken sandwich. Was not dissapointed. The place was super clean, and the service was great by the whole crew working the night shift on 7/18/25

This location has very rude staff. The drive-thru attendance I need some coaching on customer service. Not only did he drop money but refused to walk around and pick it up. He suggested that I open my door and get it but that would have caused damage to my vehicle. He spoke in their native tongue, I did not trust what was being said by the people making my food so I politely walked in and got a refund. I took my money to another establishment because this is not how you treat a paying customer

The food was cold why would you serve people cold chicken nuggets cold fries and cold cheeseburger the cheese didn’t even melt that’s how cold and nasty the food was the Wendy’s on 120th and Crenshaw has the best hot food and drinks . This manager is managing her location very well at this branch because then the food would not be cold and nasty this is a shame

Now listen...I used to come to this place when I was a kid visited with my friend because they had never had Wendy's...and guys it was pretty nice in here. They had an issue inside but greeted us and said they'd be right with us. Took our order .....friendly we got our food which was really hot?? So fresh well made. Frosty's tastes better than I remember!!!! Gilbert was really cool got us everything we needed. And guys wow bathroom was clean.
