I'm forever grateful at this Starbucks location because the Baristas always take really good care of me ! I'm always happy so stop by the Drive thru and pick up my favorite drinks with my favorite All Star ✨ Baristas !!! Cheers 🥂

Don’t stop here if you need to change your baby they have no changing table. And yes I was planing on being a customer and buying stuff

I stopped here for some much needed coffee after driving for 3.5hrs. I ordered an iced oatmilk shaken espresso and the cup was filled with ice almost to the top of the cup. I regularly order this drink at other Starbucks and have never gotten this much ice in my cup. I only got about 5 sips of it before it was done! This was especially frustrating because I was so tired and I still had 4 hrs to go on my trip so I was really hoping to have coffee that would last me more than 5 sips. *There was more ice in the cup before I took a picture.

They made my drink wrong twice and warmed up my pastry after I asked them please do not warm up my pastry And took forever to finally give me the right pastry still the wrong drink longest wait ever

This location hands down has the Best service 🙌.. Karen and her staff are so helpful and kind. Food and drinks are Great.

I am grateful for coffee shops that are open late for travelers, especially on a Sunday night! However, the coffee I was served (Americano with sugar free vanilla syrup and almond milk) tasted like toxic chemicals and had I not needed the caffeine to stay away for my remaining 2 hour drive, I would have returned it. But I took it on the road as soon as I was served and I was only able to drink some of it, then had to swish water around in my mouth to remove the bitterness from my tongue. But the staff was fast and friendly.
Constructive criticism: By 10PM, the bathroom was a mess, mostly due to no toilet paper or seat covers in the stalls. There were 3 people working and only one customer being served, so there was time for them to check on the conditions of the bathrooms. This is only being mentioned because I had to give atmosphere and cleanliness a rating. Starbucks' coffee leaves a lot to be desired in general, but again, I'm grateful for this specific location being open late for travelers.

3rd bad experience in a row - as someone who works and lives 5 minutes away, I’m fed up with these employees intentionally being so rude and appalling. I was asking my drive through barista 5 minutes ago how his day was - he responds “I literally can’t hear you” and gives me my items without a word or even eye contact as I almost drop my drink. It was my official end to Starbucks and I’m happy to tell everyone about how awful that location is (and company if you have 10+ rude employees) Disgusting display of literally any kind of customer service or even kindness. And my sandwich was ice cold, drink made wrong. You can’t be mean and bad at your job, pick a struggle

By far the most unorganized starbucks I've ever visited. The one star goes to the location as it's a good stop if you're traveling to south California.

I ordered an iced coffee with cold foam and it was slow, the staff were joking and I even witnessed a female staff splashing a cup of water on another male staff, that was no fun and I could tell the male staff felt uncomfortable and was unpleasant. Imagine the bully behavior happened in front of the customer, horrible.

When I finally got my coffee, it poured out and got my shirt all dirty when I took the first sip, where I found they didn't even bother to ensure the lid was closed properly.

This is definitely one Starbucks that's not meeting the standard.

Gets Crowded.no inside seating. But quick service

Their website says they close at 11pm we got there at 10:15pm and they were cleaning indoors already and locked their side door as we were getting closer.
