At first staff did not listen and then they sort of rushed in order out of me and when I try to use some of my points I earned I distracted me and then hit the order went to the wrong restaurant and they wouldn't help me cancel that thing the app is horrible 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Every time I go to Burger King after 3:00 pm the lady in drive thru has an attitude they don’t let me finish ordering and always asking if I’m done can’t you wait till I’m finished ordering my whole meal. Also there’s no line behind me and they always want me to park on the side today I refused and said there is no cars behind me the lady rolled her eyes and was rude slammed the window on me and left . Why do we have to pull and park on the side there is no line ??? Your timer is not my concern don’t be mad at me

Repeated my order at least 6 times at the speaker and three times at the window. My food was still incorrect. I said, “Two whopper jr on one bread.” Then, he said, “Oh! Like a double. You should say that!.” Omg! No. Then, they would charge me for a double whopper jr. check your order and it’s best if you speak Spanish or go somewhere else.
Some of the worst services I’ve ever had. The employees are absolutely unprofessional, they offer promotions on their boards but yet the employees are clueless on what it is. They lost my business immediately, don’t bother with this place. And to think this is the main place.

Went thru the drive thru around 10:30 at night ordered original chicken sandwich, junior whopper with cheese, onion rings and a Coke Zero. When I got up to the window and paid I was told to park in front and they will bring food out to me. It was not busy at all. Took about 12 min to get the food brought to me. The onion rings were half fresh and hot and the rest were hard and semi warm not good. The chicken sandwich was drowning in mayo with a couple of semi wilted lettuce on it, but the chicken was freshly fried and hot. The Whopper Junior with cheese was what shocked me. It was thrown together and it should be called the whopper mini not Junior. Anytime you need to open to look to see if they forgot the beef patty that is red flag. It looks like doing my way as the slogan says has been slowly change to a forgotten slogan and tag line. Well let’s just agree I won’t be going back there again. I would’ve taken a photo, but I believe not even photo worthy.
