Burros & Fries Lemon Grove

The date is 09/11/2024 I called to complain and I asked him about the Manager and he hung up on me when I told him to give me the manager haha ​​why I bought a burrito in the morning and they gave me meat from a day before, the donkey was super bad Expensive and terrible, the sauces look like water and the guacamole was super bad and didn't even have any flavor.. lousy service

Due to how many states I've been to and tried food in I can almost never decide my favorite places to eat but this beautiful burrito and fries place is my favorite burrito place. Not only are these burritos full of more than just fillers it has this way they cook their food that makes it have this gorgeous runny oil from the chilies and everything else in it causing their simplest burrito to burst with bold flavor yet not over whelming all other ingredients 10/10 would come again oh and the burrito was 12 bucks

When you look at the menu you might think it’s expensive. But the burritos are massive. Two people could probably even share one, assuming they are not ridiculously hungry. Having said that, I’m a pig and I downed one by myself. ? The woman at the counter was super friendly as well.

Flautas were amazing. Large portions of guac and sour cream. Street tacos were stuffed with steak. Food tasted amazing. We dont have good Mexican food where im from so this was a welcome change.

Excellent customer service! Above and beyond for sure! Pricing has gotten out of hand so we won't be back... $50 for 2 adults and 2 kids at a taco shop???

Quality has gone waaaaaay down :( I used to love going here but they’ve just gotten worse in the past year or two. They forget ingredients in the burrito I pay for and the workers are hella rude or have an attitude when you’re just ordering your food. I don’t know what happened or why but I’d rather take my money elsewhere :/

Very bad cashier, I think she doesn't speak, she greeted me when I arrived and she didn't respond to my greeting, she never asked me what I was going to order, I had to break the ice to order my food, she didn't say thank you when I prayed, much less when she gave me the order.

The young lady was more interested in her phone than customers. She was very rude trying to rush me. I asked for a manager, and she completely ignored me. The food was luke warm and very little sauce. This used to be a good place to grab a quick bite, not anymore. The fries are soggy and taste old. The meat is chewy kinda almost rubbery. I don't know where they are getting their supply, but that need to check it because it HORRIBLE. It's either bad supply or bad storage, maybe both and then cooking and sorting too long. All I know is that this place has gone downhill.
