The young lady was more interested in her phone than customers. She was very rude trying to rush me. I asked for a manager, and she completely ignored me. The food was luke warm and very little sauce. This used to be a good place to grab a quick bite, not anymore. The fries are soggy and taste old. The meat is chewy kinda almost rubbery. I don't know where they are getting their supply, but that need to check it because it HORRIBLE. It's either bad supply or bad storage, maybe both and then cooking and sorting too long. All I know is that this place has gone downhill.

Ordered carne asada fries and a carne asada burrito.They use to be really good about 2 years ago but the food has been lackluster since a year ago. the fries were soggy not crispy at all, I selected the " Large" portion and it was mostly fries with hints of meat. How can you not make the fries crispy?The burrito was also wack and the meat didnt have a good flavor/seasoning to it.Felt like they just warmed the food to go in the microwave. I live about two miles from this place and liked that it was local but lately the food is pretty bad. Prefer other taco shops in the area like Santana or Cotijas that make better food. Never going back.Also the cashier girls are always hanging out with the cooks and its almost as if you are bothering them when you need assistant ordering food. You ask about the food a questions and they dont really know anything tell me to look at the menu... sMHParking: best thing about it is the parking LOL

Usually, the food is great, but today, I ordered 2 orders of rolled tacos and some regular tacos to take home. When I got home, the food was cold. It tasted like it all the tacos had been sitting for a long time. Then they just put the lettuce, guacamole, and cheese, which made it colder. Very disappointed l.

On this episode of, "Dave HUNGRY!!!" I stopped into Burros & Fries for some Fuud. I ordered the Surf & Turf Burrito, and I was very pleased as the result. The Burrito was very delicious with the shrimp, carne asada, and thecreamy chipotle sauce. Definitely a good choice. Never been let down at this place. The worker were very nice and the restaurant was clean. I gave a 4 star review only for atmosphere, everything else here earned 5 stars. That can change on my next visit, but overall it's an excellent place for this genre. Keep up the good work and I'll always tip and recommend this establishment.

They used to make the best fish burritos and I like to try to get extra cabbage but because they never put extra cabbage in there even though I pay for it. Then I came back to another time and I was like can you just put the extra cabbage on the side. I ended up walking out without my extra cabbage again lol But the white sauce in the fish burrito was my favorite but I think it's kind of different now and I'm not really getting what I'm paying for and the burritos have shrunk so I did not get a normal amount of cabbage in there and I didn't even get the extra shredded cabbage that I paid for on the side.. again...so I'm going back to loretto's in spring valley...
I had the worst food i have ever tasted. All the meat was not seasoned. My rolled tacos and fish tacos was burnt. I want a full refund.

I usually don't leave reviews but I feel like it's necessary. I've come here multiple times and each time the customer service is awful. The cashiers are extremely rude. I had a cashier tonight just mumbling so bad I could not understand them and they kept cutting me off to ask if "that's all" I was going to order. No one was behind me and I would have understood if they were busy but then they just went on their phone after I ordered. Afterwards my order was wrong. They don't look at you as your ordering and they make you feel like your wasting their time. It would be one thing if it was only one worker like this but every cashier I've had acts like this. I was only coming here because the food is good but it's not worth it anymore. They should really have a meeting about customer service bc I'd love to come back for the food.
