Ihavnt went into the business so idont know how clean they are. But tonight I got my doordash order of a #3 double cheese burger & some small chili cheese fries. Itook like 4 bites out of the chili cheese fries and noticed a hair like 3 inches long !! It was most likely a females hair cause it was dyed a light brown or blonde even. And their roots coming out are a dark brown color or black it's so gross !! Ilove this spot it's always good and affordable but now with wht ifound I wonder if they make their employees wear any hair nets and I'm questioning the cleanliness of their workers and store smh :/ Iwonder if I ate anything gross now

Really tasty, great quality burgers, and McDonald's style fries. However, I waited for them to open Sunday morning, and nobody showed up. So either the hours on here are wrong, or they just kind of show up when they want. Either way, I'm definitely coming back, way better than most of the burgers chains and about the same price.

I have been going to Charley's for many years and have always received respectable service. But the last two times, the customer service has been way below par. I was overcharged for items I didn't order,and the guy at the window argued with me, saying that I ordered the items. I believe just like the previous reviewer said, they are hiring highly suspect characters that are trying to pocket the money and cheat you out of yours. The previous time, the order taker yelled at my friend to hurry up and place your frickin order! After many years of supporting Charley's, I sadly will not go there again. Beware, when placing your order, before paying, make sure the order you place is what you have asked for.
Went there back at the end of 2022 and experienced a fraudulent card charge the day after making a purchase there. Note that I didn't make any purchases on the card yet, so I know that the collection of my credit card data occurred at this spot. I also recall that the worker there (shady dude looking like he came straight out of the pen) was sizing me up after I handed over one of my better credit cards. Sorry, no trust. For them to hire people straight out of the pen is good and admirable, and I'm sure it's helping those folks that clean up and act right, but you will get those shady fools that haven't changed also. That and along with the spit that some other dude mentioned in a review is just a bad look. For food service, the place has gotta up their hiring standards. You can't just hire ANYONE from the streets geez.

Super fast and friendly service! Really enjoyed the Peanut butter and bacon cheeseburger. Freshly shaved onion, lettuce and tomato really hit the spot. Great flat top burger! Chili cheese fries similar to Wienerschnitzel but more ground meat & cheese sauce. I ask for well done fries so they stay crunch under the chili. And for the Charley's hot dog haters u just don't know. It's a ripper dog, deep fried so the skin is crisp and the inside tender. Don't let the dark color fool you. This gets dunked into my chili cheese fries. I really enjoy this style of hot dog. I had burger & fries for breakfast, open menu all day long.

I was told because of an error on their end and how they input the order they would not remake my food. I literally asked for a burger no spread ketchup and mustard instead, I was told because they input the order with something else they could not redo or remake my food. Terribly disappointed because this was a spot I visited whenever I’m on this side of town visiting my grandmother who lives in the senior community across the street. This is not the first issue I’ve had, but I let the first one pass. This will be the last time I spend money here since the customer is not being treated with respect. Unacceptable. I can and will gladly take my money elsewhere if this is how I am being made to feel. If you are okay with anyone making your food how THEY interpret, be my guest and patron here.
